Yesterday's pooches. Normally I would walk Max and Charlie together. But yesterday I decided to take them on the scooter for the first time yesterday. They both did 10kms each. And they both LOVED it. With a bit more training and practice it might be something we do often with these two 🛴🐕

Poppy and Taro are my two energiser bunnies, always on the go. Especially when they are together. But today I took the time to slow things down for their walk and I had great results. We hung out after their walk to let them have a calm relaxing chill out in the sun 🌞

The holidays are over. Time to get back into study and assignments 📚

Only you can make changes to your dogs behaviours. Not your trainer and not your dog walker, you!

As trainers we can only guide you and support you in your journey with your dog. The hour or two we spend with them a week won’t “fix” them. The other 166 hours a week is up to you.

Training isn’t an over night fix and no matter how many trainers you go to they will tell you the same thing. Good things take time. Just like going to the gym to lose weight, studying for degrees and paying off a house. It takes time and a butt load of effort, just like dogs. But it’s doable isn’t it?

Give it your all, try different things (consult with your trainer first) and most importantly don’t give up on yourself and your dog.
