Not sponsored or anything, I love supporting homemade, local, natural products that Ive seen actually work, we have been trialing the Kawakawa manuka honey healing balm at where I work on skin conditions, bad cuts, even started to trial on a sarcoid today, the results have been awesome, I will include some pictures, I have seen fast healing and even fast hair regrowth so far, the skin condition we used it on we had a massive difference in just 24hrs, within a week it had pretty much almost gone and after 2 weeks hair regrowth was amazing.
I also enjoy after applying, I rub into my hands to help keep the skin on my hands nice, working outside in all weather with horses sure creates rough skin and cracks and using it everyday on my hands has made such a difference and healed up any cracks I had been struggling to get rid of.

Hi from me Emma, Have to share these 3 tb cuties from this morning when I arrived saying hello, I have been handling and now backing, perfect timing for this pic, didnt even realize until I looked later that they all had there tongues out lol.

Ella and Jet did it again and won another heat of the pony scurry series leading up to the finals over in Hastings on the 28th sept, She has been training everyday leading up to the race at her sponsors over the last couple of weeks, learning about her body position for racing etc and it really paid off with a mighty win, She was so stoked to be interviewed by LOVERACING.NZ and hasn't stopped talking about the experience.

Haven't posted in ages but don't worry that's not because we arnt busy, infact we are busier than ever but I just had to share about our daughter Ella, She heard about the pony scurry and wanted to give it ago so we have been traveling around the country to different heats with travel sponsored by Majestic Horse Floats LP with her friend Beau, Both kids have learnt so much, which included actually galloping properly for the first time in the lead up to there first race a few months ago, it was the most exciting day when they competed in Hamilton on home turf at the Te Rapa racecourse, Ella and Beau won there heat each and both made it into the finals which will be held in Hastings end of September, Ella has been riding Rick's horse Jet and boy has he looked after her, Horse racing is something completely different to our norm but has been interesting to learn about, Big Shout out to Ella we are so proud of all the work you have been putting in with having jet fit and ready for these races, I will try and add a link to her race in comments. 400m in 24secs I think it was, To watch your child going that fast is a thrill and yet scary as hell lol

Love this horse at work, I started working with her on Wednesday and what a state she was lol she had no ablilty to manage herself and was really stuck in fight and flight mode thinking she had to save herself from the world, after the first session we got rid of her worry to constantly be thinking that something was going to kill her and that there are better ways to manage herself much calmly and be safer to be around, 2nd day we worked on manners and repsect and today was a recap of everything and now we are ready to do a restart, she has turned Into a calm thinking horse that is a so wonderful to be around, I just love her, FYI not all horses can make progress like this over 3 days, they are all individual and its important to only move past each step when the horse totally understands and is relaxed.

Sorry everyone it has been a while since I have posted, life has been turned upside down for us since June with my dad (Emma's Dad) having a severe stroke and heart attack, Our world change in an instant and ever since we have been scrambling to try understand, learn, heal and help my dad. This left us with no head space, time to work and help horses like we had been doing and caught up in it all was the beautiful CJ who we had in for backing starting his riding career, thankfully he has an amazing understanding owner who was happy for us to turn him out until we were able to continue again with him, It didn't disadvantaged him in anyway and he grew even more lol and came back into work well, Yesterday his mum had her first ride on him and it totally made our day, Her smile just lit up the sky and hearing her laughing as we rode along the farm is just what Rick and I needed to see. When we have an owner come and ride there horse for the first time it's the most beautiful moment, some have spent years waiting for the horse to grow and imagined what it would be like to ride the steed of there dreams and we get to make that happen for them and produce a quiet, friendly, well adjusted horse ready to take on the world around them with Confidence and feeling safe.

Well we had the waikato Cowboy Challenge Waikato agm and prize giving today, I was totally honored and couldn't believe I came away with runner up intermediate hi points for 2023 and blowing away to receive the 2 new trophies to the club, The Wayne's Holmes memorial all rounder, which members of the club nominate people for, to just receive nominations is so wonderful but to then win the trophy WOW. I also won the Wayne Holmes challenge judges choice trophy, I was lost for words which doesn't happen often lol, Rick was surprised to win the sportsmanship trophy for a 2nd time which is also nominated by members, the nominations are so lovely to read, we sure left feeling on top of the world. Thank you to everyone in the club we sure are one big family, Congratulations to all the other winners and big thanks to the past committee and welcome to the new committee, it's going to be a great new season starting soon. To my beautiful horse dream, thanks for trusting me and being the best team mate I could ever ask for xo

Watch out Open class, I have just received an email saying I got more than enough points this season and now must go up next season lol I finally started getting some reds and now I gota start again and build my way up bahahahaha nothing like a new challenge to improve one's self and up skill more lol
