Just a heads-up everyone — we are already getting VERY full over the Christmas/New Year period, so if you’re needing boarding for your dog or cat, please get your booking in ASAP. ❤️

🎅 CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR HOURS

🎄 24th December — Open 8am–10am
🎄 25th–27th December — CLOSED for drop-offs & pick-ups
🎄 28th December — Reopen 8am, then normal hours

✨ 31st December — Open 8am–10am
✨ 1st–3rd January — CLOSED for drop-offs & pick-ups
✨ 4th January — Reopen 8am, then back to normal hours

🐶🐱 Spaces are limited and once we’re full, we’re full!

🐾 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY! 🐾🐶❤️

Today is all about celebrating the wonderful dogs who bring so much love, laughter, chaos and happiness into our lives. 🥰

Here at Nampara Kennels & Cattery, we’re incredibly lucky to spend our days surrounded by dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages and personalities — from the crazy daycare crew 🤪🐕 to our gorgeous boarding guests who become part of the Nampara family while they’re with us. ❤️

Every wagging tail, excited bark, muddy paw print and slobbery kiss makes our days that little bit brighter. 🐾

A huge thank you to all our wonderful clients for trusting us with your precious four-legged family members. We genuinely love getting to know each and every one of them. 💕

So today, give your dogs an extra cuddle, an extra treat (they definitely deserve one 😉) and let’s see those beautiful faces!

A HUGE Happy Birthday to our gorgeous Beau, who turns the grand old age of 13 today! 🥳❤️

Thirteen years young and still rocking that adorable face — although judging by the state of that beard, it looks like the birthday celebrations may have started early! 😂🐶

Three weeks ago, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my beautiful Mum. 💔

I wasn’t planning to post, but so many people have asked about her and how I am, so I wanted to share a quick update.

Mum was such a huge part of my life, and losing her so suddenly has been incredibly hard. She was always there for me, and I don’t think you truly realise just how much someone means to your everyday life until they’re gone.

When we bought Nampara Kennels & Cattery, Mum was an enormous help, especially in those early years. So much of what I managed to do was because of her support.

Since May, with my surgery and now losing Mum, I haven’t been around as much, but I’ve still been working behind the scenes. Things are slowly starting to settle again now, and I’ll be back around more.

Thank you to everyone who has checked in, sent messages, flowers, cards, or simply thought of me. It really means a lot. 💜
