Hello Billy & Tracey,



A big thankyou from Brenda and myself. We picked our beloved Blackie up from yourselves yesterday. There he was in his beautiful native timber box, all wrapped in paper and presented with a certificate of cremation.

We only had Blackie for a short period of time, he turned up a stray wild animal and within days became one of the most loving and delightful cats we have ever had in our care, we miss him so much.



We thoroughly recommend your service to anyone who has lost a dear and much loved pet. Your care for our Blackie was there from the moment we took him on to your beautiful property at Egmont Village, to the time we picked him up.

Thankyou once again for your care of Blackie.

Good morning all .......today we received yet another phonecall from an upset lady regarding cremation of her beloved dog who she thought had been collected by us for local cremation here in Taranaki.
When the sad time comes please ensure you either contact us

Beautiful service this week for a beloved family member 💜

Our baby boy, Cchiato 🐶....A blessing of 6 years earthside with you, our social little butterfly 🦋 who came on every adventure with us, from off-road driving, stargazing,bonfires,urbexing, late night drives, to just time spent with all our people. You taught me patience, resilience, true love, happiness, loyalty and so much more 🥹 You impacted so many lives my darling with your beautiful presence and you've left a heavy space in all our hearts 💔. Your brother Tupai will mourn the loss of his big brother, and your other fur siblings here at paradise. Though broken we will do our best to adapt to this new normality, and hold your spirit close 🕊️, relieved that you're at peace now bubba and enjoying your favorite thing....sleep 😴 indulge in your "all you can eat" buffet and neverending beaches to run on, rest in all our loves our stinky bum, till we all meet again my son 🤍🪽

Hello everyone....just making people aware that after receiving yet another distressing phone call this morning and the client getting confused with another company from out of town that transports them elsewhere paws for thought are the only pet crematorium in Taranaki and we do not have a freephone number ,so when the sad time comes and you would like your furbaby cremated caring local and with dignity please either call us on 067522577 or ask your local veterinary practice to use our services

Such a great service, we went to the cremation side with our bug boy Zeus.
They were so lovely and helpful.
What a keep sake of his fur.
texted when the he was cremated.
And again when he was ready.
They were fast and easy to talk to.
And the only pet cremation service here in taranaki there are others who claim to be here but are from out of town.
We wanted our boy to be cremated in taranaki this is his home and paws for thought gave us the care,time and love for our big boy.

A huge thank you to Billy and Tracy for their kind and caring support at the end of a torrid week. Our fur baby did not come back well from surgery. Paws and Claws were able to assist in getting Keli cremated and ready to travel back to Auckland in a day. Much appreciated.
