I woke up this morning to a comment on Lucas post that said something along the lines of “don’t worry you still have more dogs”. They won’t see this as they have now been blocked. But this struck a nerve.

Let me be clear about how things go around here.
I am not solely a breeder, I am firstly a dog mum. These are my babies. I put a lot of time and effort into making sure they live their best life and in harmony together. I have never been that breeder that crates and rotates just to have more dogs. That’s not for me. These guys all play and eat together and they sleep wherever they dam well please.
Yes we have had our issues within the group, but we train and spend time with them to make it work. 6 free range staffies is a lot of work.

I have never rehomed a dog because they don’t fit or they have finished breeding. They are here forever.

Our puppy family’s probably think it’s like going through hell just to get a puppy. But in doing this we have never had a rehome because they can’t be bothered with the dog anymore. In fact to date we have never had a rehome at all. I keep in touch with these families forever and they know I am always here if they need anything. I put a lot of time into how our pups are raised. I think my husband’s words are you go a-bit nuts.

To go from 6 to 3 in under 6 months has hit hard and it has not been easy on Ari, jax and especially Honey she has lost her mum, dad and her best friend.

In short if ya haven’t got something nice to say don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Today my heart was broken again for the 3rd time in 6 months. We said goodbye to a very special part of the Staffproof gang. Luca was the best staffy anybody could ask for. She wasn’t a typical staffy, No licking, barking, greeting guests at the door or following you around like a shadow. She wasn’t even food or toy driven. And never worried about being top dog. She was just the most chilled staffy ever. She was and will always be my little princess. 🥰

Not blaming anyone…. But when someone decides you need full time air conditioning with snow on the hills. 🤦‍♀️ new dog door flap coming out of Miss Aris pocket money this month. 😂
