The Jenny Kendall Memorial Trophy was awarded for the first time at our Spring Tournament to Ivy Rose Vittle. The trophy was very kindly sponsored by Josie Watters and it rewards the best turned out combination at the tournament.

Jenny would have been proud of Ivy's immaculate turn out which included:
- tidy plaits
- clean quarter marks
- oiled hoofs
- clean bridle and saddle
- sparkling stirrups
- spotless boots
- a gleaming bit
and all topped off with clean white jodphurs, jacket and Ivy's helmet was sparkling in the sun.

Every tournament we hold a dinner for our judges, sponsors and guests. It’s a great opportunity to decompress from the first day of competition, socialise and catch up. Five Stags Cromwell never fails to cater a delicious meal and there’s ALWAYS a special cake for dessert. And with this beautiful weather, I strongly encourage you to go for a meal and some cheeky cold beverages!

Our naming sponsor deserves another special mention: Central Lakes Equine Ltd has been a sponsor for many years, and we so so happy that Becci is now also participating in the tournament too! She’s killing it out there with the wonderful Rocketman, taking time to support her fellow riders, and also wins biggest smile award (not an official award but maybe it should be?!)
