Thank you to everyone who added $3 at the checkout with their Hairy Tales Pet food online order. We have recently received our treat donations from this - we have some very happy dogs!

This is an on-going offer that Hairy Tales is running for us, you just add $3 at checkout when you order from Hairy Tales & they donate a random pack of their pure & natural dog treats straight to the CBBR dogs 🥰

Two likely lads looking for their forever homes! 🏡

Newbie Maz has come to us at 6 months old from a North Island Pound. He is desexed, vaccinated and ready for his next big adventure! A beautiful cream, staffy cross labrador of medium size (around 20kg right now).
Maz is your typical lab cross, good with dogs, other animals and people. He is a laid back cruiser, who walks well on a lead and enjoys the car.
Being a lab, food is life and he did indulge in some counter surfing while in his last foster, but his new foster his getting it sussed! Any adopter will need to keep his weight in a healthy range however training will be a breeze, with all that food motivation.

Big is a 14 week old staffy cross who is doing amazing in foster and really adores children. He needs some confidence building but is a cuddly boy who bonds hard with his people.
Biggie will be cat trainable with consistency but shows a lot of interest and enthusiasm to play with them. A confident older dog to show him the ropes, would be wonderful.

We will not place puppies in a home where they are left alone for more than 4 hours a day until they are 6 months old, as they require regular feeding, day time company & environmental exposures.

If you fit our homing criteria, please fill in an application today.

Massive thank you to the team at Petdirect for our latest load of donated food! We appreciate you guys so much! 🙏

With the posts we did recently about Chino, who is doing absolutely amazing in her new home, we had lots of people ask us if Mocha, the sister she arrived in our care with, was doing ok.

Mocha has been in her forever home for 1.5 years now & you will be happy to know that we still get regular updates from her dad & she is living her best life in Picton. We thought we would share some of the recent update pics with you 😍
