🦗 Meet 'Crickets Chirping' - a fast, neat (to quote the guru whose brain was being picked) 5yo daughter of Belardo, out of the Lonhro mare Hot In Pink.

Today we say a temporary goodbye to our wonderful Miki as she heads off on maternity leave. 🤰

Miki has been an important part of the Windsor Park team for six years - starting part-time as a crush walker while completing her university degree, and graduating to take over the Office Manager role.

Over the past few years, Miki has also been behind our yearling photos and videos; putting a huge amount of time and care into showcasing our drafts.

We are very proud of everything Miki has achieved during her time at Windsor Park and are so grateful for all she does for the team.

We’ll miss having her around every day, but we suppose maternity leave is a fairly good excuse… 🤭

Get to know the new mares - edition 1.

Meet 'Veiled Threat' - a classy 2yo by the brilliant sire I Am Invincible - while Nelson only let on a "nice type" (high praise from him...), Steve Till lets on a little more about what we like about her.

Unraced due to injury but being both beautifully bred and (we're sure you'll agree) a supermodel in type, she is a very exciting addition to the Windsor Park broodmare band - to quote Steve, "she is a queen"!

🏰 Circus Maximus filly Paltrow Miss bids for Gr.1 Queensland Oaks glory this weekend.

Already Gr.1 placed in the SAJC Australasian Oaks, she comes in with a fresh outlook for Ciaron Maher and the famous Ozzie Khier colours!

From Circus Maximus’s first crop which has already left Gr.1 NZ Derby winner Road To Paris along with stakes horses Circus Dancer, Circus Trix Towering Vision, Ha’penny Hatch, Engine Of War etc.

Windsor weanlings getting in some parade practise a couple of weeks back. A bunch of wee soldiers aren't they? 🥾

Very proud of their professionalism and attitude - peas in a pod (well there may be one odd one out... 🐶 😂)

This line-up are all from the first crop of the world class racehorse Paddington, and are on public parade at the stud tomorrow (Friday 5th) at 2.15pm - all welcome. 🚗

🤗 They're here! ✈️

Meet the 4 new mares that we purchased at the Magic Millions broodmare sale last week.

3 of them arrived off the plane early this morning and have settled in beautifully, with the 4th mare already here at the farm.

They were subject to scrutiny from all of the team today and we're pleased (relieved 😅) to say our selections were met with high approval. ✅

🥇 Electron now a stakes winner!

After being stakes placed before, Electron proves too tough! By Turn Me Loose she is bred by Ben Kwok and owned and trained by Sam Mynott!

Windsor Park bred daughter of ShamExpress, Shameless Star (ex Zuma) wins nicely recording her 4th win and 2nd in succession. We sold her as a weanling to Woburn Farm who later sold to her to Peter Diddham.

Lovely filly who should mature into a lovely mare next season.

Not Usual Moana (Circus Maximus ex. Cheryl Moana Maree) wins the first at Te Rapa for Sam Logan and Sam McNab.

Bred by Maurice Beatson & Ohukia Lodge, she is bred on the CIRCUS MAXIMUS ex SAVABEEL mare cross which from only 4 starters has also produced 2 x Group 1 horses ROAD TO PARIS and PALTROW MISS.
