Hey team. Attractiveness was late scratched at the barriers. She is okay and could potentially race on Saturday. Appreciate all the messages! She'll keep, lovely filly. Cheers!

Nice win by The Black Prince. A pearler of a ride by Merena Hudson. She really got the best out of him on the day.

The ability has always been there with The Black Prince. He just needed the penny to drop. He's still lightly raced and, being out of a Savabeel mare, we think he can develop into a very nice stayer.

Great to see Sharrock Racing bring up a hat-trick of wins on the day. Well deserved as always and consistently one of the best strike rate teams in the game.

This win capped off an outstanding weekend spent with a group of owners and friends at the NRL Magic Round in Brisbane.

A wonderful result for everyone involved 🤝

Two runners across two countries over the next few days. 🌏

We have The Black Prince racing at Hawera this Sunday in the Spray It Maiden 1600m. He has drawn barrier 7 and will be ridden by Merena Hudson.

His last two runs have been okay without setting the world on fire, but his work leading into this race has been very pleasing and he has had a nice gap between runs. He does have ability and could run a cheeky race if he can reproduce an effort similar to his debut performance.

Attractiveness:

Attractiveness has accepted for the BM64 1200m at Newcastle and has drawn barrier 8. She will be ridden by Chad Schofield.

Her previous two trials have been good, and physically she has come back much stronger than last preparation. We’re looking forward to stepping her up to a mile this campaign, as we believe she has a bright future ahead.

Good luck to our owners and connections 🤝

We’ve added another young and up-and-coming training partnership to the team — Max and Sam Van Lierde of VL Racing.

We’ve already placed two new additions into their stable and are excited to support their journey. They’re brilliant horsemen and hardworking young trainers with a strong future ahead.

We’re passionate about backing the next generation, and we’ll be adding another young training talent to the team very soon 🐎

Nice to see Attractiveness back stretching her legs today in an Open Trial at Canterbury Park, finishing a close 5th without being asked for much.

She’s put on plenty of size since her last preparation. We’ll give her a proper trial within a few weeks before targeting some nice races in Sydney and Queensland this Autumn/Winter.

Looking forward to a fun trip across the ditch with a good bunch of owners! 🕺🍷

As we head into the colder months, things naturally begin to ease off. That said, we still have a select group of horses racing over the next 60-90 days.

Kingsbrook Diva
Very impressive last-start winner by nearly 6 lengths. She has accepted for the R65 2100m at Otaki on Saturday and is currently a 50/50 chance of starting. Sam McNab takes the ride, with her original rider at another meeting. Sam has ridden a winner for us previously and is a talented apprentice. The 2kg claim is a nice advantage.

Attractiveness (featured in the video)
She has matured significantly since her first preparation. She will trial within the next fortnight and likely have a second trial before resuming in Sydney. The aim is to target stakes races in Queensland later in her preparation.

Ryders Legacy
Set for a light jumpout on Monday, with a return to the races over 1400m to follow. He shapes as a key Autumn/Winter galloper for us this season. It will be good to see him out to a mile and beyond, as he shows genuine ability.

The Black Prince
Likely to line up in the Maiden 1600m at Hawera next week. He ran fairly for 5th last start but will need to finish much closer for us to justify continuing on with him.

2YOs Near Racing

Hidden Spark
Potentially trialling for education at Foxton next week. She impressed in her only jumpout and looks like a sharp sprinting filly. Could have one or two starts this preparation.

Already Taken
A filly Allan Sharrock really likes. She’s not far off trialling and is another who may have a start or two this preparation. She has been excellent in all her jumpouts to date.

Big win by Kingsbrook Diva today, bolting in by nearly six lengths at Hawera! A filly we identified early as our number one seed this season. Finally showed her true ability today. An outstanding ride by Courtney Barnes and a superb training performance by Sharrock Racing. A fantastic result for our wonderful owners.

Hey team, we have two runners heading to Hawera on Wednesday. Both are in $25k races on what should be a good track, so it shapes as a great day out for the club. I’ve been an absolute gypsy curse tipping the Inspire team over the past few weeks, so I’ll refrain from having a bet for everyone’s sake! Both jockeys and Allan Sharrock have had winners over the weekend, so let the momentum continue.

Kingsbrook Diva – R4- $7 & R5 - $4.50
Currently double nominated and has drawn well in both races. Courtney Barnes is engaged for R4, she rode Kingsbrook Diva last start and is keen to stick with her. A good surface will suit. She did have a foot issue last start but can be competitive in either race.

The Black Prince – R5 - $3.80 (Joint Favourite)
He was plain last start but showed good ability on debut when finishing third. Kelly Myers takes the ride and knows him well from behind the scenes. The mile should suit, and we’ll be looking for a stronger showing third up.

Good luck to our wonderful owners!
