After a strong trial, Red Lady was ready to pounce fresh up.

Given an absolute peach from Rohan Mudhoo she secured a well deserved maiden. Bred and owned by Mum and Dad 🫶🏼

Awapuni Synthetic | May 31

Red Lady is fresh up, she has trialled nicely in preparation and will have her first go on the synthetic surface in the first on the card.

Bruno Queiroz will partner with Kodiac Bear in what looks like an even affair in Race 2.

Wye Valley will need to improve here, but is another having their first attempt on the synthetic surface. Bruno Queiroz will take the reins in Race 5.

Exaggeration was a synthetic specialist in his first racing preparation with three victories. Sam’s Turn another with success on the synthetic surface, has been racing well and is deserving of a win. They both represent the stable in Race 7.

Breaking his maiden on this track, Jamaica Bay returns fresh up with Rohan Mudhoo in the saddle. Dancing Shadow was improved last start, he will also step out in Race 8.

Albarossa made it back to back wins 👏🏼

The blinkers have done the trick with his confidence bolstered. Our Akashinga was fantastic fresh running into second for a stable quinella.

On debut is Valentino, it looks to be an even field in the first, and we expect a nice performance with natural improvement to come.

Dawia Explorer has been knocking on the door. Rohan Mudhoo takes the reins in Race 2.

Karryn was good on debut at this track, the stable will also be represented in Race 4 by Molly’s Belt.

Last start winner Albarossa will be partnered by Michael McNab and Our Akashinga returns from a spell with Bruno Queiroz aboard, they take their place in Race 5.

Alpine Princess has been honest in her three career starts, we expect an honest performance again, Bruno Queiroz takes the reins in Race 5.

Rohan Mudhoo will jump aboard the Wentwood Grange mare, Wye Valley in Race 7. She has taken great fitness benefit from her first up run following a long layoff.

Amalthea was narrowly beaten in her second career start, she finds an even race here in the first on the card.

Having her first start for the stable is Great Escape, Kelly Myers takes the reins in Race 2.

London has trialled since her last start victory. She will have the services of Kelly Myers in a quality small field in Race 3.

Tears Of Victory made the trip south. She has been close in all of her recent outings and is knocking on the door for a win. She has been well tested and enjoys the synthetic surface, with two of her four career victories coming last winter on the synthetic. She will have Corey Campbell aboard in Race 5 over the mile.
