Winter may be defrosting, but the Lonely Miaow Winter Des*x Campaign is far from over! ❄️❄️❄️

Our Winter Des*x Campaign is offering free des*xing, microchipping, and official database registration for eligible owned cats across South and West Auckland.

To be eligible for assistance under this campaign cats must:

🐱be owned and not stray,
🐱weigh over one kilogram and be physically healthy, and
🐱cat owners must be able to transport their cat in a carrier to one of three vet clinics located in South and West Auckland.

With kitten season around the corner, now is the purr-fect time to snip and chip your furry family members!

🐕 FREE DESEXING APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE 🐕

x2 MALE bookings on Monday 31st August
x1 MALE booking on Tuesday 1st September
x1 MALE booking on Thursday 10th September

📍 South Auckland Dogs only

Drop-off: 8:00–9:00 am (please allow up to one hour while your dog is admitted).

Pick-up: Afternoon. The vet will call when your dog is ready, so please keep your phone with you.

🐶 Please only apply if you can:

* Transport your dog to and from the appointment.
* Follow all pre- and post-operative instructions.
* Ensure everyone in your household knows about the appointment and the instructions.
* Do not feed your dog the night before or on the morning of surgery. If someone accidentally feeds your dog, the anaesthetic may not be safe and the surgery may have to be cancelled.
* Have a Plan A, B and C for getting your dog to and from the appointment. Please arrange childcare, transport and any other commitments in advance. If something unexpected happens, you can book a pet Uber at your own cost.

If this appointment is missed, another dog also misses the opportunity to be des*xed.

💜 By des*xing your dog, you’re helping prevent unwanted puppies from being born and keeping more dogs out of shelters and rescues.
