Caring Cremations are pleased to announce that we are now partnering with Reterniti.

Reterniti is a New Zealand company who have developed an innovative process to convert your pet’s ashes into a wonderful eco-friendly stone, providing a different way to hold your pet close after they have gone.

Each Reterniti stone is individually hand-made and has your pet’s name and years of life laser engraved on the top. Your Reterniti stone is sent to you on a bed of New Zealand lamb’s wool, within a hand-turned wooden display plinth in a book cloth bound tube.

Here at Caring Cremations we have heard many times from owners whose surviving pet has been upset at the loss of a fellow member of their fur family. We recently came across an interesting article in The Guardian newspaper from February about a study on this very subject (although in this case, specifically about canine companions). Please click on the article if you would like to find out more, although if you have experienced this with your own pet, the findings probably won't come as much of a surprise...

As a true family business, we are pleased to formally welcome Finn to our team. Finn has been working with us for just over a year but has recently started in a full time role. He has been helping with our cremations and is learning other aspects of our service.
