🐾💚 Happy Vet Nurse Awareness Week! 💚🐾

This week we celebrate the incredible veterinary nurses who are at the heart of everything we do.

From comforting nervous patients and monitoring anaesthetics, to taking bloods, caring for hospital patients, assisting in surgery and giving plenty of cuddles along the way — our vet nurses do it all. 🐶🐱

Their compassion, skill, patience and dedication make an enormous difference every single day — not only to our patients, but also to their families and the whole veterinary team.

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing nursing team and all the care, kindness and hard work they bring to the clinic each day.

Milo and Otis have recently come into rescue care. Living in the storage area of a South Akl shop with no name and proper care. They are incredibly friendly, affectionate and will starting purring when they see you! The boys are 5 months young and are waiting for their forever home. These sweet boys are now neutered and microchipped and under the care of BBVets!
