While I’ve been told to stay silent enough is enough.
As some or most have been aware of a situation that’s been shared publicly, there’s been a lot of confusion and only part of the story has been told.
I run my business with my whole heart, and the care and wellbeing of the dogs I look after will always come first. Anyone who’s booked with me knows how much love, time, and effort goes into caring for each dog.
For clarity, I’ve always had a non refundable deposit policy. Which if you’ve booked with me during “Peak Periods” you will have been made aware of this, it either gets told in writing or it’s now posted in my T&C’s on Instagram along with my cancellation policy.
I understand cancellations can be unpredictable and I always try to be fair and understanding. But what’s been incredibly hard is the personal attacks and harassment based on incomplete information. Please remember there’s a real person behind a small business.
I’m a one woman business and have built this from the ground up. This business is my life and I’m so grateful to the clients who choice to support me and trust me with their dogs.
