This month's Ace Your Agility:

* Obstacle 1 - your horse must stand still while you get dressed.
* Obstacle 2 - think about what shape animal to use. A drapey (is that a word??) animal will stay on your horses back a lot easier than an upright one.
* Obstacle 3 - have fun with this one, it's Halloween. Dollar shops are a treasure trove.
* Obstacle 4 - are you in the corridor or outside?
* Obstacle 5 - see the Build tips earlier in the month. It doesn't have to be pretty, just as long as it follows the rules: solid sides down to the ground, and at least a metre long.
* Obstacle 8 - the tarp should be at least 2HL by 2HL as per the Handbook but its even more important this month as your horse has to turn a circle.
* Obstacle 9/10 - Be Precise!

PIVO POSITION: Because Pivo tracks a rectangle shape and not really an actual horse, you are going to have to think carefully about where you position it this month. I think it's going to have to be positioned opposite the openings, not opposite the tunnel sides (see comment for screenshot from a previous year).

It's a stunning day here so I went out for a walk with Bucky, a perfect way to celebrate my birthday.

I had a totally brilliant driving lesson with Ian of Davies T S today. We made some minor adjustments to the harness, which really helped Muffin. And I have got lots to work on for next time.

We have had a lovely week of sunshine so my grass arena has dried out enough to get in a drive with my boys.

THE TUNNEL - while it seems a daunting build, remember it doesn't have to be pretty, it just needs to be safe and follow instructions.

It has to be at least 1m long and go right down to the ground. The idea is that the horse disappears for a bit while he goes through it, so use a dark, thick fabric or plastic.
It's a great obstacle for teaching your horse about loading into a horse box/float or truck because they have to go into a darker, narrower, more confined space.

Previous tunnels in the comments, made from things available at the time, like old duvet covers, pallets, and bits of wood.
