1.1. Enrolment and Payment
2.1.

Equessence Riding Centre terms and conditions

1. In these terms and conditions, 'you' means the rider (or the parent, guardian or caregiver where relevant), and 'we', 'us' or 'our' means Equessence Riding Centre.

1.2. These terms and conditions apply to Equessence Riding School term lessons and holiday programmes. By enrolling for lessons you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Lessons are pa

id direct via internet banking - per term in advance, non-refundable.

2.2. Your enrolment will continue to roll over each term unless you contact us to cancel at least two weeks prior to the next term commencing.

2.3. Holiday programme exceptions. Paid in full – the lessons for the holiday period are paid for in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations, and refunds
3.1. If we cancel a riding lesson, you will be offered a make-up lesson within the same term.

3.2. Lessons will not run on public holidays unless by prior arrangement.

3.3. Riders get one make up lesson per term if >24hrs notice of cancellation is given

3.4 Holiday programme exceptions. (a) 90% refund given if greater than four weeks notice given
(b) 80% refund given if 2-4 weeks notice given
(c) No refund if less than two weeks notice is given

Our kids’ camp at Equessence Riding Centre proved that a little bad weather can’t dampen great spirits. While the skies were grey and the rain made a few appearances, it didn’t slow the kids down one bit. Wrapped up in waterproofs and smiles, they embraced every moment with energy, laughter, and determination.
From time spent with the horses to outdoor activities and teamwork games, the children showed incredible resilience and enthusiasm. Muddy boots and rosy cheeks became part of the adventure, and the less-than-perfect weather only added to the sense of fun and achievement. It was inspiring to see how supportive they were of one another and how confidently they tackled each challenge.
Despite the rain, the camp was filled with memorable moments, new friendships, and lots of proud smiles. A huge well done to all the kids for their positive attitudes.
