Meet Riley 🤍
Riley, one of our lovely staff members' pets, came in for her senior health check💜 At 16 years young, she's doing an amazing job, but as a senior with kidney disease, regular monitoring is so important.
To help make her visit as stress-free as possible, she had some medications beforehand to help her relax. She was an overall great patient and took everything well.
During her visit we did:
🩺 Blood testing
💕 Blood pressure
🦴 Arthritis assessment
🧪 Urinalysis
🐾 Nail trim
Riley is currently doing well on her pain relief medication and a prescription renal food diet, which are helping to keep her comfortable and support her kidney health.
To stay on top of any changes, Riley will be having senior check-ups every 6 months. These regular visits allow us to monitor her condition closely and make any adjustments early if needed, helping her enjoy the best quality of life possible 💜
