I am a professional dog walker & pet carer, I provide solo walks, small pack walks, puppy/cat checks & training, all animal visits. Especially Canines. I had always dreamed of caring for animals and working with dogs, and have explored many aspects of dog care. I have studied Certificate in Veterinary Nursing, Animal Welfare Investigations and Canine Communicat

ion as well as other certificates. I have had several years training and looking after rescue dogs, as well as working in retail and pet care at Animates. Over the last 3 years I have worked as a handler at Doggy Day Cares as well as an Assistant Trainer at Puppy Classes. One of my greatest pleasures during this time was forming relationships with the dogs I cared for and enjoys their personalities. My purpose with Darling Paws is to give love and special care to each animal I meet in my life as well as fulfilling each dogs needs. I am a lover of many animals, I have experience with Fish, Rabbits, Guinea pigs, Birds, Mice and Rats. Pack numbers are kept small so that I can meet each individual dogs needs, in a responsible and caring way. I believe dogs, in order to be the best they can be ,need positive reinforcement, fun and exercise ,structure, socialisation, and training. I guarantee your dog will come home ,happy and stimulated both mentally and physically. Mr yodie had his morning stroll down at northboro Reserve, doing super well with his listening and walking pace & using his manners with other doggies, did his business and pulled aside for the 🚲 👏

☁️🌸🌳🧡 Ara, Neon & Cloud
These three had a fun pack walk this morning at shepherds with our friends from sitwalkstay, we arrived first, we practiced our downs when out of the car and walking nice and slowly onto the field. Neon was much more active without his hoop & did his business & collected less items 😂, cloud listened well and enjoyed exploring smells with his girlfriend Gemma & zooming around when he could. Ara did really well having a blast around with Coco and a brief play with Sprout. We did lots of waiting practice which was great for the doggies 🐕

🌦🌸🐕‍🦺🦷🧡 Neon home training
Mr Neon did really well this afternoon, much more relaxed, we practiced his carry, out, leave it, stop, watch and find. Today we made him work his 🧠 and praised him for getting it right! Although it took time & patience he did eventually everything right! His mum was super pleased ❤️

🌦🌸🌳🎀 Boo
Miss Boo had her bush walk this afternoon with the 🌧 forecasted. She as usual was a very good girl. Off leash the whole walk, she listened well & enjoyed exploring and having a swim for the little stones, she did well being mostly 🤫when excited, she did her business & pulled aside for runners. She ran after something in the bush for a few moments & shortly after calling she came running back 👏 she had a rinse & brush and a snuggly coat to keep her warm on the drive 🏡 ❤️

He turned 8 on the 1st of August 🎂

We are a month and 3 days late 😅 sorry 🫢 slip in admin with three calendars 📅 😅

We have loved having on on board with us for nearly two years 😍 You are an asset to the Wednesday pack!! It truly wouldn't be the same without you 😍 you bring nice calmn energy and great assertiveness and sass, you have naturally taken on the referee of the pack, making sure everyone behaves plays nicely & having such a great recall! & being so placid and friendly with other sensitive, shy doggies 🐕

You have such nice balanced play manners, its great to have your wise 🧠 working hard to set a boss example for the other doggies 🐕

You quite often enjoy a dip in the mucky puddles & collecting all sorts in your Schnauzer coat 😅 you are so patient when we brush them out & trim around your eyes👌 so we can see those beautiful 👀 😍

We love seeing how excited you are to come out the door with us 🥹 you love to do a little song 🎵 which is a bit too noisy 😉 the most noise you make as a Schnauzer 😂

Thank you to your wonderful family for raising you into such a well mannered boy 🥰

Mr had his neighborly street stroll, working on his leash manners and listening, he did his business & had fantastic balancing 👏

🌦🌸🌾🧡 Neon
Mr Neon had his neighborly walk, working on his pace and manners, he did his business & did well walking slowly into the park, we worked on his impulse control, distance waiting and balancing 👏

🌥🌸🌼🎀 Daisy & Lexi
The two girls had a lovely walk at birkenhead, lexi enjoyed an off leash explore taking her time while we worked on Daisy's manners and confidence, we work on our sits and waits, they both enjoyed exploring and sniffing around and listened really well.

🌥🌸🌾 🌊 🎀 Tui
Miss Tui had her walk at Northboro, the tide was in yay, we forgot a ball today 😅 so we found a decent stick for Tui to swim to, she did really well with her impulse control and calming her excited energy down especially with other doggies coming over the bridge. She enjoyed her swim and walked really nice and slowly back, she did her business and had a good dry and brush & trimmed a few matts under her back leg feathers👌

🌦🌸🌳🦷🧁 Jet, Ara & Bolty
These three had their walk at birkenhead this morning, we gave them free rein today & worked on our recalls and engagement & checking in. Ara had fun with a deflated ball on the field, Jet loved whizzing around finding all the smells and bolty listened well and enjoyed his small spirts of zooming too. Ara did really well with her energy today & going into a down by herself. Jet did really well at the end of our walk, a rude Schnauzer cornered him & he listened well and ran away from the situation quickly 👏 Jet had his birthday 🧁 we are a month late! 😅 Jety you are such an awesome Schnauzer, hes a singer 👨‍🎤 when I pick him up but other than that hes a quiet boy 😇

🌦🌸🌾🎀 Milly
Missy had her neighborly stroll down her street, following scents and always checking im paying attention 😁 she did her business & listened very well & left the 🍞 alone which we walked past. She had a nice 🐾 dry and her 😻 sisters had a few pats too 💖

🌥🌸🐕‍🦺🎀 Dali
We had the pleasure of having miss Dali today 😍
She was such a good girl! Not much has changed but her size 😂 we worked on her thresholds and coming back into heel when she wanted to pull ahead. We practiced her downs and waiting, she enjoyed a brief ball session working on her impulse control and letting her explore, she listened so well on the way back pausing and slowing down to calm her mind. She did her business back home finding some treaties we left her.

Mr Neon had his brief neighborly stroll, he did his business and did well listening and taking pauses when he got overwhelmed. He had a nice cruisy pace with training today. Doing well with stop, stairs, bring & out & lastly get it command with his ball tug toy.

🌸🌦 🎀 🧡 Neon, Juno & Lexi
These three had a slightly mucky spring adventure at shepherds this morning, everyone enjoyed a good explore and sniff around, Neon did well leaving the balls for a wee while 😅 Juno & lexi did really well checking in & listening too. We had some running around and exploring for treats & working on our back command and thresholds, Juno enjoyed little spouts of zoomies, we met zoomies and sid enjoyed hanging out with lexi & Juno enjoyed hanging out with Brio while neon was working finding more things to try carry 😂 everyone had a good rinse and drink, tried to get them as clean as possible ✨️ 👌

🌸🌦🎀💚 Marley & Luna
These two kiddos were so good for their little neighborhood stroll. Marley was super engaged and had a gorgeous little tap dance walk going 🥹 Luna worked her nose & did her business, they both did so well listening and leaving alone 🦴s and dead 🐦 👏 we practiced our downs waits & a little treat scatter in the long grass. They both had a paw wipe & drink 🚰 and Luna had her mouth wiped as she ate something yuky 💩🤭 😂 they were back to tell their little sister June all about it 😂

Mr yodie did well with his street stroll this morning, working on his pace & reminding him to slow down, he did his business & listened well & did very well staying for his 📸

❄️🌦🧡 Ara, Neon & Bolt
These three had their walk at birkenhead, we arrived at the same time as our friends from sitwalkstay, we worked on our leash walking manners & met pickle on the way, Neon & bolty did their business and did well listening, ara does so well with her walking. Neon enjoyed collecting more sticks and did super well letting me know both stick & hoop. Bolty and ara enjoyed wrestling, ara did well listening and taking breaks. We worked on our thresholds and recall on the top field to finish, everyone had some 💧 & a wipe down 👌

❄️🌦🎀🐕‍🦺 Tui
Miss Tui had her local walk this morning, we worked on her thresholds & walking pace, she did very well listening and ignoring little fluffs barking at her, she did so well listening and walking nicely on the ⛱️. She worked her nose on the way back following different smells & did very well listening and not barking at a rude fluff that walked past us and barked at her. She enjoyed a few treats for her great manners 👏

Mr yodie had his morning stroll down at northboro having a great explore and listening well especially when i told him to stop rolling 😅 he did his business and had a wipe down 🧽

❄️🌞🌳🧡 Ara & Neon
Ara & Neon had a walk at shepherds with our friends from sitwalkstay, we worked on our walking manners and exploring and finding sticks and treats in the 🌿 & then for some 🌊 time, Ara enjoyed chewing sticks and trying to take the other doggies ones 😂 Neon enjoyed exploring and collecting his collectables 😂 they both did their business and had a 🐾 🚿

❄️🌞 ⛱️ 🎀 Tui
Miss Tui had her solo walk through takapuna & along the beach, working on her leash manners, pace and thresholds. She did so well listening and trying not not to pull when she was so keen for the water. She had a great explore and worked her nose, we visited the new diggie store for some samples and a sniff around and practicing manners 👌

❄️🌞🐕‍🦺🦷 Neon
Mr Neon had some afternoon training, practicing his impulse control with his toys & his eye contact with his mum. He did well finding his toys without much help 😁he did well with his quick outs with his toys. He had small breaks in between to settle down and then laid down beautiful for his nail trim and 🦷 ✨️

Mr Neon had his morning walk down Shakespeare road working on his slower pace, sniffing exploring and coming into with me position (heel) when he's getting overwhelmed. He did his business & did well giving other dogs space and sitting and waiting for others to pass 👌

❄️🌞🌳🌼🎀 Daisy & Lexi
These girls had a lovely walk at birkenhead today, spending our time cruising along letting the girls sniff and stop, explore and practicing our manners and pulling aside for doggies and working on our sits & patience. The girls loved a good explore & lexi loved skipping and practicing her waiting, they both did their business & were very polite to other dogs we passed. Daisy loved exploring and people watching. They both had a drink and feet rinse, dry & brush. Such angels 😇 💖

❄️🌞🌳 🦷 Ara, Jet & Bolt
These three had their walk at birkenhead, walking with our friends sitwalkstay & Pickle. We arrived at the same time as sitwalkstay and worked on our leash manners and calmness, lots of 🌾 🐮 😂 we found Miss pickle and the dogs enjoyed exploring the long grass & playing together and working on our play manners and recall. Ara had some ball time & then working on manners, bolty did very well with his listening and recall, Jet loved wandering, hanging out with cooper and exploring the grass & being a great referee 👌

Miss Milly had her local street stroll, exploring the main road & the new pathway 😁 she did so well listening while exploring & watching where she was going 😁 she did his business & loved a treat scatter for being such a good girl 😇

❄️🌞🐕‍🦺💚 Neon
Mr Neon had his 10 min street stroll, his nose worked very hard taking in all the smells which needed lots of inspecting 😂 he needed a bit of time to settle before training began, we worked on his commands, stop, out, leave it, find it, bring, place, watch and cuddle. He did very well with listening & great impulse control with the tennis ball today 👏 he was certainly 😴 after working his nose lots!

Mr yodie had his morning stroll down at northboro Reserve, listening super well & ignoring three 🚲 doing his business & enjoyed his 🧁 for his 10th birthday tomorrow 🥳🎉

❄️🌞🌳🧡 Neon, Juno & Lexi
These three had a lovely walk at shepherds with our friends from sitwalkstay and zoomies, everyone did very well with their manners, Neon needed some reminding with his back command, lexi & neon did their business, everyone had fun exploring & sharing sticks together 😁 Juno enjoyed hanging out with Coco & getting snuggles and having zoomies with Brio pup, Lexi enjoyed exploring and hanging out with Sid & Alfie & Neon hung out with gf Feebee today, she was very fascinated by Neons collecting abilities 😉 everyone had a rinse and 💧

Miss Gypsy had her final walk this me today 😢 we are so proud of the progress we have made with her, she enjoyed some great exploring, lots of sniffing and grass rolling today, was great to see her smiling & enjoying some freedom instead of scanning the streets for 🐕🐱😁 we worked on her recall, manners and ended with some leash work to remind her to 🐌 down, she did well and had her 🐾 wiped 👌

We wish Yoda a happy 10th Birthday for tomorrow & Chilli 🌶 has hee 5th Birthday on Sunday.
