🐾 Pet of the Week – Korowai 🐾

This week's Pet of the Week is the lovely Korowai.

Korowai is a regular visitor to Angels and is always a pleasure to have in the salon. Sweet, gentle, and full of charm, this beautiful girl has certainly won a few hearts along the way.

One of our favourite things about seeing our regular dogs is watching them walk through the door like they own the place, knowing exactly where they're going and who they're here to see.

Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the Angels family, Korowai. We always enjoy spending time with you.

🌟 Celebrity of the Week – Glen Powell 🌟

You may know him from Top Gun: Maverick, Twisters, and Anyone But You, but our favourite thing about Glen Powell is his love for rescue dogs.

In 2023, while filming in Oklahoma, Glen spotted a tiny rescue puppy on social media and instantly fell in love.

That puppy was Brisket.

A tiny 1.5-pound Terrier-Poodle mix who has since become a celebrity in his own right.

Today, Brisket accompanies Glen to movie sets, red carpets, interviews, and even has his own Instagram account: et. In fact, Glen has joked that people sometimes recognise Brisket before they recognise him!

But behind the Hollywood glamour is a simple reminder:

Sometimes all a rescue dog needs is one person willing to give them a chance.

From shelter puppy to superstar sidekick, Brisket's story is proof that rescue dogs can have the happiest endings.
