I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all my wonderful clients for your understanding, beautiful messages, flowers and kindness following the sudden loss of our boy Pumbaa ❤️

For those wondering what happened, Pumbaa passed away from a twisted stomach (GDV). He had been his completely normal, happy self all day, until suddenly he wasn't. Despite the vets doing everything they could to save him, we lost our beautiful boy within just 45 minutes of his first symptoms💔

It's been incredibly heartbreaking and traumatic trying to process how quickly he was taken from us, especially when we thought we had so many more years together.

Pumbaa was such a huge part of our family and Bark Avenue, and the love you've all shown us has meant more than you'll ever know. Thank you for helping us through one of the hardest times, we are so grateful for you all 🥹

Today we had to say the hardest goodbye to our beautiful boy, Pumbaa 💔

Pumbaa was our mascot, the face of our logo, the doorbell and how our love of bulldogs began. I just wish we could have had more time with you and you didn’t have to leave so suddenly.

We will be closed tomorrow, Monday 5th October

Thank you to all of our wonderful clients for your understanding and kindness while we take a little time to say goodbye to our special boy 🌈🐾
