Hi all! I have been so quiet on here lately, I know!

But, that’s only because I’ve been so incredibly busy seeing new clients, working with my current ones, and working on my Bowen practitioner credentials.

Outside of that my partner and I are getting ready to start building our tiny home and are prepping for our trip to America!

Just look at Mr. Jack! He’s such a sensitive little soul.

Jack has some arthritis, a tight back, and an unfortunate Achilles injury that we’re treating with massage and laser.

Being a Bearded Collie, we have to stay busy and everything is so exciting! So keeping Jack feeling comfortable and mobile is vital. 💪

He’s such a sweet, loving boy and I so look forward to my visits with him. 💕🐾

Poncho and I are heading to Dunedin this weekend to participate in The Origin which will be our second official bikejore race!

I’ll also be providing pre and post event laser and massage mini sessions!

Both of these therapies are great for preventing pain and inflammation while helping to support performance. 💪

This is Bear! 🐻He’s 10 years young and is quite the trooper! He has some arthritis in his hips and carpus and suffered from a ruptured cruciate ligament in his right rear knee a few years back.

Bear is such a gentle giant and I absolutely love visiting him! Laser has really improved his quality of life and helps him to stay mobile so he can enjoy his walkies with the family! Go Bear!

Had a wonderful laser session this morning followed by some nature time with Poncho.

Spent some time with Grey a few days back and what a man he is! 💫

Grey had bilateral TPLO surgery when he was young and as he enters a new phase of life, his mom noticed his mobility has started to decline and he has been quite stiff in the back body.

I treated Grey with laser therapy followed by Bowen and then let his body to get work.

Later that evening I received a lovely message from Grey’s mom saying that he had such shiny and bright eyes. 🥹 A few hours later he was even lifting his leg to wee which he hadn’t done in quite some time!

This was after just one session.

So looking forward to continuing to work with Grey to help keep his body in balance and feeling its best. 💕🐾
