Critter Sitters, NZ Based in Akaroa, we are 2 responsible, mature women who love to take care of your fur & feather-babies while you take a break.

We are experienced pet carers & housekeepers so your pets & home will be well loved and maintained on your return. We are 2 women that pet and housesit in Akaroa and the surrounding Bays. Because there are 2 of us, if 1 is not available for any reason, the other acts as back-up.We are both trustworthy and our promise to you is that we will be respectful of your property and will love your pets as

if they are our own. Amongst the services we offer, we send you update photos of how your wee friend is and what they are up to during the time you are away. Grooming is part of the petcare we offer, including nailclipping and brushing. We keep your place clean and tidy and give it the once over before you get back home. Both of us are confident with basic maintenance, which is handy if anything needs attention while you are away.We will keep in contact and send you any questions regarding your lovely pet as it's important to us that they are happy and relaxed when you get home.

The joys of living with cats.

We are looking after 2 at the moment. One is cute, cuddly and is a velcro cat. The other likes his personal space, is independent and they don't get on. But when its time for food, they are suddenly on the same page and can be sitting beside each other not hissing. Not spitting. Both are beautiful cats. ❤️
