Xoloitzcuintle often miss teeth. This is due to the FOXI3 gene that also causes hairlessness. This why coated Xolos should have full dentition. The same goes for Perro Sin Pelo Del Peru and Chinese Crested. They are not badly affected by it. They can eat bones and chews perfectly fine. It is a common misconception that it negatively impacts them. It doesn’t.
