Can humans take CBD Oil for pets? 🤔
In short, no.

CBD oil for humans and pets are not the same. Although the source of the CBD is hemp-derived. CBD products for pets are made specifically to suit the tastes and preferences of pets with flavors including beef, chicken and fish.

There’s not much in it, but choosing the right CBD concentration for your pet can make all the difference.

As with anything that needs to be digested, CBD dosage should be scaled up according to the size of the animal.

Our NatuPet CBD oil for dogs is available in 2.5% and 4% CBD concentrations. So we’d recommend 2.5% for small dogs under 10kg and 4% for dogs over 10kg. But naturally, this is just a guide and all animals are different, so you might need to try different concentrations before finding the right one for your pet.

One of our partner shelters is Paradise for Dogs in Hungary which is run by Nicole Arndt.

The answer is no, CBD is non-psychoactive and can’t make your cat high. This is because CBD products don’t contain THC, which is the high-causing cannabinoid in the cannabis plant.
