We adore our Shikokus & forest behind our farm 🥰 So grateful for having Natsumi (born 2013, July 23) and Kinchairo (born 2018, June 20) and his offsprings and their descendants.

We hope to celebrate our 10th anniversary this year with new additions 💕

The show season 2025 has come to an end and Kinchairo has always performed very consistently throughout the years as the ambassador of the breed. At the Winner 2025 the judge was very pleased with the excellent dogs (att. judge report) In champion class he ended 2nd Excl. & res. CAC / res. CACIB.

At the last show the Christmas dogshow of Gorinchem.
The judge Rita Liebrand gave a very thorough and excellent assessment and I appreciate her sincerity and expertise as previous assessments! 1st Excl. CAC / CACIB (att. translation in the comments).

In the Dutch WOW competition of 2025 we ended again no. 1 at the kennel year competition for the 4th time🙇‍♀️thanks to Kinchairo at the age of 7,6 years 🥰and he ended twice as no.1 on the individual competition! So it's just an acknowledgement to me of his quality and confirmed by the information given during the webinar of the WUAC (NIPPO & JKC) 🙏

Unfortunately, certain types aren't seen often and are therefore not popular with the general public or judges. To keep the small breed healthy and diverse, we need all healthy and approved types to preserve our beloved Japanese breed.

We would like to thank all the organizations, volunteers, and judges whose efforts made the 2025 show year possible and wish you all a bright and loving peaceful 2026 🍀🌟🥂

We had a wonderful time last weekend!
From a beautifully organized dogshow at the 70th anniversary KC Sneek 🥳 to a walk with Shikoku enthousiasts at Lage Vuursche 💕 with Malou Kreutz and Lovelyn van Gerven and their Shikoku's.

Sadly their father ShinRyu and Reiko are no longer with us but they will always be with us and our loved ones 🫶
