Cold-Blooded Farm Mijn collectie dieren met actueel aanbod nakweek. My collection of animals with current stock CB.

The slightly odd naming comes from myself, being a "simple" farmers son interested in all kinds of animals, so i kept it wide with cold-blooded as summary since i keep invertebrate, fish, amfibia's as well as reptiles.

Not every breeding is a success, my 2nd and last expected pairing from this year was a though one. Initially everything seemed fine, but the behaviour of the female last month gave me a feeling something was off.
Today I came in to a pile of slugs and some live, unfortunately a part of the live ones had severe malformities on the spine.
Total counter; 4 live (one kinked tail) 6 dead and/or deformed and 25 to 30 slugs. 🥲
Pairing was a pair of pure Longicauda.

Ready to welcome you and show you some of my animals today at Houten expo!

At day 110 after PoS the Hypo IMG lady decided she's had enough of carrying the extra weight around and dropped 26 healthy looking babys!
Now the fun begins after their first shed, identifying the IMG 😅
I will post more about them once they have eaten a couple of times!

It's been a busy few weeks before the first young boas are expected.
Got myself to upgrading the light system in a part of my terraria wich had been bothering me for a while (old were not humidity resistant).
Finally found a decent solution with led strips whom I could cut to length myself and instead of push in clamps I decided to test my soldering skills as that had been a while since I last did that. All with all I'm happy with the result, no more dark corners in the cages and a nice 4000k light. Post with the new boas will follow somewhere next week I hope!
