Hello, Balsy! He was a senior guest of ours in August. A rescue who is being given a golden basket by his owner. Anxious, but so open to love and care and building trust, despite his traumas. He found Phoebe’s presence comforting, and was able to relax the most when she was close. 🤍🖤

Okki is always such a delight to have over! Throws herself into every adventure with Phoebe. They are always checking in with each other to make sure things are good, and they’re both having fun 🤩

Okki has learned Phoebe’s chewing trick - get the human to do the holding so she can go for it!

We had a couple of family bbq’s at our place and the dogs found shade (and some crumbs) hiding under the table 😅 they thought they were pretty sneaky!
As always, Bobby and Winnie, it was a pleasure! Looking forward to the next time 🥰

Bobby and Winnie are visiting us for a week, and I am delighted by them every day. Winnie herself is so lief and gentle, soaking up all the adoration she deserves from everyone who steps through the door. Bobby has an enthusiastic twinkle in his eye and he throws himself with maximum energy into everything he does. 🍀

Not a dog (although he walked and snuffled and snorted like one sometimes!).
But another beautiful animal that we got to see in Golden, British Columbia during our summer trip to Canada. A grizzly bear named Boo who lives above the mountain lodge we stayed at. What an experience! 🤩

Belated post! Before we headed off on holiday, we got to enjoy a day with Loet and a weekend with Max. Both very handsome young lads! Max and Phoebe were in puppy classes together when they were just a few months old, and have been buddies ever since 🥰
