Albendazole 100 mg
✳️INDICATIONS
Endoparasitic infections in cattle, sheep and goats, caused by parasites susceptible to albendazole. Larval and adult stages of Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Trichostrongylus, Nematodirus, Cooperia, Bunostomum; adult stages of Oesophagostomum, Chabertia and
Strongyloides, Dictyocaulus spp (lungworm), Moniezia spp (tapeworm) and Fasciola hepatica (adult liver fluke).
✳️CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to albendazole or to any of the excipients. Do not administer to animals with impaired hepatic function.
✳️DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration.Recommended general dose: 3 ml per 40 kg body weight (ca. 7.5 mg Albendazole / kg b.w.)
For control of adult liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica): 4 – 6 ml per 40 kg body weight (ca. 10-15 mg Albendazole / kg b.w.)
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE!
The body weight of animals should be determined with accurancy.

Meat: 12 days
Milk: 4 days
✳️STORAGE
Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C. Do not freeze. Store in closed packing. Keep medicine away from children.
‼️ PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
Avoid administration during early pregnancy (first 45 days). Dose accurately to prevent development of resistance caused by under dosing.

📌 DESCRIPTION
PEVAFEN 100 is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic for infections caused by micro-organisms susceptible to fenbendazole, e.g. Ostertagia spp., Trichostrongylus spp., Haemonchus spp., Bunostomum spp., Trichuris spp., Cooperia spp., Nematodirus spp., Oesopagostomum spp., Strongyloides spp. and Dictyocaulus viviparus and Dictyocaulus filaria. Fenbendazole also treats and controls the following roundworm infections: larger Strongylus (adult and larval stages of Strongylus vulgaris, adult and larval stages of Strongylus edentatus). Fenbendazole is also effective in treatment and control of encysted mucosal immature small Strongylus larvae and against encysted inhibited small Strongylus larvae in the mucosa. Adult and immature Oxyuris spp., Strongyloides spp. and Parascaris equorum. L5 and adult stadium of Ascaridia Galli and Heterakis Gallinarum.
✳️INDICATIONS
Pevafen 100 Oral is indicated for the treatment of mature and immature stomach, intestinal and lung worms and eggs in poultry, cattle, horses, sheep,
goats and pigs.
✳️DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration via drinking water. Shake well before use.
Broilers :
Age in days ml of product per 1,000 liters of drinking water
0 – 7 25
8 – 14 31
15 – 21 36
22 – 28 42
29 – 35 49
36 – 42 56
This is equivalent to 1 mg per kg bodyweight.
Treat during 5 consecutive days.
•Layers and breeders : 30 ml per 1,000 liters of drinking water during 5 consecutive days. This is equivalent to 1 mg per kg bodyweight.
• Cattle, sheep, goats : 5 ml per 100 kg bodyweight.
• Pigs : 5 ml per 100 kg bodyweight during 3 consecutive days.
•Horses : 7.5 ml per 100 kg bodyweight.
Medicated drinking water should be used within 24 hours. One time treatment, repeat in case of reinfections after 3 – 4 weeks.
✳️WITHDRAWAL TIMES
Meat: Ruminants, pigs : 14 days
Horses : 20 days
Poultry : 6 days
Milk : 4 days
Eggs : 0 days
✳️STORAGE
Store in a dry, dark place between 8 C and 25 C. Store in closed packing. Keep medicine away from children.

🔬 Parasitic Gastroenteritis in Ruminants
Including: Cooperia onchophora, Ostertagia ostertagi, Teladorsagia circumcincta, Trichostrongylus spp., Haemonchus spp. (Barbers Pole Worm), Nematodirus battus.
Gastrointestinal nematodes (GI nematodes or gut roundworms) are major contributors to reduced productivity in cattle, sheep and goats all over the world. Parasitic Gastroenteritis (PGE) is the condition caused by large numbers of gastrointestinal nematodes that reside in the gut (abomasum and intestines) of the ruminant host. Calves at grass from midsummer to autumn are most vulnerable to the disease, but heavy infections in animals of any age who have not previously been exposed, will produce clinical signs.
The main species of GI nematode that are of veterinary importance in temperate climates are:
