Meet Osaigbokan one of our absolute fire crackers. Standing at 70cm, she towers over most males. Commanding, powerful, and driven. She left us as a pup and was returned two years later for one simple reason her owner could no longer match her energy. No fault of her own. Just pure, unadulterated drive. The dogs behind this girl are strong-willed, purposeful, and built for more than the average home can handle. And that leads us to a conversation worth having.
The world has evolved. Security has also evolved. Many families today have electric fences, armed response, and smart technology keeping them safe. The demand for an extreme, hard driven working dog in a modern household simply isn’t what it once was and that’s okay. Not every family is meant to own a high drive Boerboel. Not every breeder is meant to produce one.
At Iwinosa, our choice is clear. We have deliberately chosen to remain among the breeders who produce dogs that are workable and family protectors. Dogs that carry the true soul of the Boerboel. Loyal, courageous, driven, and deeply bonded to their people.
