🐱 TCP CAT LODGE｜为什么我们有时候会拒绝洗护？
我们知道，有些顾客可能会疑惑：
“为什么别的地方可以洗，你们却拒绝？”
其实，不是我们不愿意接，而是我们有自己的原则。❤️
在 TCP CAT LODGE，我们尽量不使用强制性的洗护装备，不把猫咪吊起来，也不会为了完成一次洗澡而强迫猫咪承受巨大的压力。
因为我们更在乎：
🐱 猫咪的情绪与健康
🧑🔧 工作人员的安全
❤️ 洗护过程是否能够安全完成
有些猫咪非常紧张、攻击性较强，或者在洗护过程中不断挣扎。
如果我们判断继续操作可能会让猫咪受到伤害，或者工作人员有严重受伤风险，我们会选择停止洗护。
这也意味着，我们确实因此拒绝过不少猫咪。🥲
但请顾客明白：
我们拒绝你的猫咪，并不是我们不想赚钱，也不是我们不喜欢你的猫咪。
恰恰相反——
我们是因为在乎猫咪，也在乎我们的员工，所以才选择拒绝。

有时候猫咪真的太紧张，我们宁愿少赚这一笔，也不希望：
❌ 猫咪受伤
❌ 猫咪因为恐惧产生更严重的应激
❌ 工作人员严重受伤
❌ 为了完成一次洗护而冒不必要的风险
猫咪不是机器，我们也不是为了赚钱什么都做。

Di TCP CAT LODGE, kami seboleh mungkin tidak menggunakan peralatan yang memaksa, tidak menggantung kucing dan tidak memaksa kucing yang terlalu takut atau agresif untuk terus grooming.
Kami lebih mengutamakan：
🐱 Kesihatan dan emosi kucing
🧑🔧 Keselamatan staff
❤️ Keselamatan sepanjang proses grooming
Jika kucing terlalu takut, terlalu agresif atau terus meronta sehingga boleh mencederakan diri sendiri atau staff, kami akan memilih untuk menghentikan grooming.
Sebab itu, memang ada banyak kes yang kami terpaksa tolak.
Bukan sebab kami tidak mahu duit atau tidak s**a kucing customer.
Tetapi kerana kami mahu menjaga keselamatan kucing dan staff kami.
Kami harap customer dapat memahami keputusan kami. 🙏
Kadang-kadang, menolak satu grooming adalah lebih baik daripada memaksa kucing sehingga berlaku kecederaan. ❤️🐱

The truth is, it’s not because we don’t want to serve you. We have our own safety principles. ❤️
At TCP CAT LODGE, we try our best not to use forceful grooming equipment, hang cats, or force a highly stressed or aggressive cat through grooming.
We care about:
🐱 The cat’s health and emotional well-being
🧑🔧 Our staff’s safety
❤️ A safe grooming process
If a cat becomes extremely stressed, aggressive or keeps struggling to the point that the cat or our staff may get seriously injured, we will stop the grooming.
Yes, this means we have had to turn away quite a number of cats.
It is not because we don’t want your business.
It is because we care about the cat — and we also need to protect our staff.

Sometimes, saying “no” to one grooming appointment is better than forcing a frightened cat and risking injury.
We hope our customers can understand and respect this decision. 🙏❤️
