Paracetamol usually helps with pain in us humans, but for pets, it could be a death sentence! If you suspect your pet has eaten any, or you have accidentally given them some, go to your vet IMMEDIATELY! Never give them panadol unless prescribed by a vet!

猫咪不像人类，会直接告诉主人自己哪里不舒服。

有时候，它只是突然变得安静、不太想动；对平时爱吃的食物没了兴趣，甚至出现呕吐、腹泻等情况。

不少主人看到这些症状，可能会以为只是吃错东西，或一时肠胃不舒服，稍稍观察几天就好了。

但问题是，猫咪天生比较擅长隐藏身体不适。当症状逐渐明显时，背后的问题可能已经不只是单纯的肠胃不适。

有一种疾病，可能同时牵涉猫咪的肠道、胰腺和肝脏系统，那就是临床上常被称为“猫咪三腺炎”的疾病。

虽然不少猫主人可能第一次听到这个名称，但这类问题在临床上并不少见，而且症状有时并不明显，也容易与其他疾病混淆。

那么，猫咪三腺炎究竟是什么？为什么一个问题，会同时影响肠道、胰腺和肝脏？

猫咪患病后可能出现食欲下降、精神不佳、呕吐或腹泻等症状，但这些表现并不一定都会同时出现，也因此容易被主人误以为只是普通的肠胃不适。

猫咪三腺炎和一般的肠胃问题，或单纯的胰腺炎，到底有什么不同？哪些情况最容易让主人误判，甚至延误治疗？

另外，年龄、品种和生活习惯，会不会影响猫咪患病的风险？哪些猫咪又需要主人特别留意？

一旦确诊，治疗方式会根据猫咪的实际情况而有所不同。治疗过程中，除了兽医的诊断和治疗之外，主人的配合也同样重要，包括如何观察猫咪的进食情况、精神状态，以及是否按时接受治疗和复诊。

不少主人也会担心，即使猫咪的情况稳定下来，未来会不会再次复发？在日常生活中，又可以采取哪些方式，尽量降低患病或复发的风险？
