We need to address something important.
Recently, we received a review claiming that we are a 24-hour veterinary hospital and failed to respond during an emergency.
To clarify: We are NOT a 24-hour clinic.
We are a small veterinary clinic, and our operating hours are clearly stated on our profile and premises.
We understand how emotional and urgent emergencies can be. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and we truly empathize with that pain. However, misinformation and accusations directed at the wrong clinic are unfair to our team who are doing their best every day.

📌 We encourage pet owners to contact nearest 24-hour animal hospitals during emergencies
As a small team with limited manpower, especially during festive periods, we ask for your understanding and kindness.
