Dear Valued Customers,

It has been brought to our attention that there is an ongoing scam from fraudulent websites utilizing MAB Kargo Sdn. Bhd. (MASkargo) and MASkargo Animal Hotel logos, falsely offering pets for sale and charging insurance fees for the pet travel.

Please be informed that MAB Kargo Sdn. Bhd. (MASkargo) and MASkargo Animal Hotel do not offer such services. An Airway Bill number will accompany any booking for pet travel via Maskargo Animal Hotel and all the charges will be detailed in the said document.

We urge you to abstain from sharing any personal information should you come across suspicious promotions under the guise of the MASkargo or MASkargo Animal Hotel names. We also advise you to avoid sharing fraudulent links with the general public.

If you receive calls requesting payment and are unsure of its legitimacy, kindly call +603.8777.1847 (MASkargo Animal Hotel) for verification.
