We guarantee all of our reptiles to arrive alive, healthy, feeding. The reptile will remain on hold for two weeks. Contact us !

If you are not happy with your purchase we will make every effort to solve the problem to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the package. If any animal you received have dead please contact us within 24hours.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shi

pping. If you wish to place an animal on hold, we will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the reptile in order to do so. If the reptile isn't paid for in full after the two weeks, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.
