And that’s how our team were put to test very quickly on Sunday. When rescuers start to send the injured and stressed pets in.

Our first Sunday in new clinic was indeed an unforgettable one ❤️

The past 20 days has been mad house moving, and after 3 days in this clinic, we still got so much new things to learn, including our own dogs who now need to climb up and downstairs.

Amidst all the stress and anxiety, we received three new Google reviews at first week!

We don’t usually respond to reviews due to some fraudulent reviews in the past that gave us a lot of stress. ( lucky Google removed some with same IP address or something, but some continue to stain our reviews). Hence over
the years, we’ve learned to stay quiet, reflect, and focus on improving behind the scenes. But today feels different.

Reading these words moved us deeply. To have been part of the community’s journey through so many moments — the happy ones and the heartbreaking ones — is a privilege we never take lightly.

Thank you for trusting us with those you love most, and for growing with us from our early days to who we are today. Your support, your memories, and your kindness mean more to us than we can ever fully express.

This is why we do what we do. And even at day one, our client asked if we are resuming emergency,

On Nov 2016, we hang up our first banner, Opening Soon.
And today, a new banner hang across our gate. We have moved! And to just 8 minutes away.

I am not sure how it feels to stand in front of a supportive team this time, briefing on new SOP and to do.
But standing behind the team, and watching Yungshing let his passion, and dream drive him, endlessly day and night, all the flashbacks is so overwhelming ☺️
Deeply in awe with this man who always knows what he wants and never stop pursuing. In his mind, he wants a platform to serve the community and raise the level of better veterinary care for animals and every single details is from years of observation and anal-ness.

As we start tomorrow, we welcome everyone to drop in and say hi! But also to give us a little more time to settle in and make the place better ❤️ thank you .

PS:-guess what’s the first thing Dr Loh had to move from old clinic personally?

when the first water drop fell on our ahead, we thought it was a little Funny.
In fact Chinese like to says it means 有水有财。
Until one after another appeared after rain and storms over the years.. and it’s nots funny anymore 😂💙☔️⛈️
