Spent 6 days cat sitting here. The cats are inside a cat house but I was outdoor. There was so much drama from the heat, then sudden heavy rain, puddles and then blackout but we managed to pull through! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 the client even asked us to help feed the fish. No problem!

Fun fact, when i first started my boarding business, this was my first client who was not friends or family. Forever grateful that I’m able to continue being in this type of business!

Still, even with this mess, i cleaned up everything including feeding and fresh water for all cages in less than an hour! 😤

If you have an automatic food and water dispenser like this client, they are useful to sustain your cats during short trips. However, use multiples if you have a lot of cats. This setup was only for 2 cats whom i cat sit every 3 days.

This is one of our regular clients. They used sand litter for all cages previously. I am not a fan of sand litter but I usually just work with whatever the client provided. However I noticed the cage and cleaning system using sand litter wasnt working out well for the client. They were buying tools and furniture to make this chore less painful and to help control the hygiene of the cat house. So I slowly suggested the customer change to pine wood litter and change their cleaning system.

Pine wood is lighter and cleaner, not leaving behind dust that becomes mud when wet. It used to take 1 hour and a half to completely clean and feed the cats, but after changing the litter, the whole process takes less than 1 hour. If the customer stops taking our services, it will be much easier for them to clean the cats in the future.

Our purpose is to help the customers enjoy having cats, and the cats also love having their owners spend more time with them.

Just completed cat sitting these babies. I added canvas for better rain protection for the cats. The client used a food and water dispenser for the cages but I only used the water dispenser and put the food in separate bowls for easier cleaning and access.

You gotta do what you gotta do to keep the babies happy and healthy!
