🐱💉 RAINY SEASON IS COMING — DON’T FORGET ABOUT FPV! 🌧️

As the rainy season approaches, it’s a good time to make sure your cat’s vaccination is up to date. 🐾

Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV aka Feline Parvovirus) is a highly contagious and potentially life-threatening viral disease in cats. It can cause: 🤢 Vomiting & diarrhoea
💧 Severe dehydration
🍽️ Loss of appetite
😿 Weakness & lethargy
🩸 A dangerously low white blood cell count

⚠️ The scary part? FPV can spread easily through contaminated environments, objects, shoes, cages and hands — and the virus can survive for a long time in the environment.

Even indoor cats are not completely risk-free.

💉 Vaccination is one of the best ways to protect your cat from FPV.
If your cat’s vaccination is overdue, or you’re unsure of its vaccination status, bring them in for a health check and vaccination assessment.
