🐱 CASE: ABDOMINAL HERNIA – POK 🐾

Pok came to our clinic with an abdominal hernia, a condition where there is a defect in the abdominal wall allowing internal organs to protrude from their normal position. This usually happens due to trauma or impact to the abdominal area.

💉 Treatment:
Surgery was performed to repair the hernia and reposition the organs, followed by careful suturing of the muscle and skin layers.

Alhamdulillah, the surgery went smoothly 👍
Pok is now in the recovery phase and requires:
✔️ Cage rest
✔️ Limited movement (no jumping/active play)
✔️ Close monitoring of the surgical wound

Using a bottle filled with warm water is an easy way to provide comfort at home.

💡 Warm compression helps reduce swelling — just make sure it’s not too hot!

Blang came in with urinary problems 😿
He looked really uncomfortable, constantly trying to p*e but couldn’t…

Good news — Blang is now feeling much better after having a urinary catheter placed 🐾
The treatment is still ongoing, but at least he’s now more comfortable and in less pain 💙
