📢 IMPORTANT CLINIC NOTICE
26 SEPTEMBER 2026

Dear valued clients,

Please be informed that Shakalaka Vet Care & Surgery will NOT be providing veterinary consultation or treatment services on Saturday, 26 September 2026, as our veterinary surgeons will be unavailable.

Our veterinary team will be attending a seminar and training to further enhance their knowledge and skills, allowing us to continue providing better care for your pets. 🐾

🏥 The clinic will remain open for:
• Purchase of medications and other available products
• General enquiries

We strongly advise clients to call the clinic before coming to confirm the availability of the medication or service required.

🚨 For emergency cases, please proceed to the nearest available veterinary clinic, as we will be unable to provide veterinary treatment on this day.

🧹 We will also be carrying out our Annual Clinic Cleaning (Gotong-Royong) throughout the day.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Normal veterinary services will resume on 27 September 2026.

Unavailability of vets on 27th September 2025.

All of our vets will be attending a seminar in order to keep track with the latest issues in veterinary medicines so that we can serve you better in the future.

Due to unavailability of vets we can only attend certain needs. Our service is very limited and no consultation by the vets will be available.

You can still walk in to buy your pet’s medications.

It is better if you call first hand to let us know your needs.

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that during the Ramadhan month, Shakalaka operation time shall be revised as follows:

OPENING TIME: 9.00 AM
LUNCH BREAK : 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
CLOSING TIME: 5.00 PM

This shall be applicable only during Ramadhan month. The normal operation hours shall be implemented after Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
