WE ARE BACK!!!
Hi, We have been invited to conduct GoGo Green at the Piazza,
Pavilion Bukit Jalil and we have approximately 100 booths to offer for this bazaar.
Please let me know if you are interested. I need a brief description on what you will be selling. They must be green related products
example; plants, fertilisers, compost, green produce, home made food( no pork allowed & no food trucks), gardening systems etc …
Venue: Piazza @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil
*The Largest Covered Event Space*
Date: 2nd (Saturday) &
3rd (Sunday) April 2022
Time : 10am - 9pm
Charges: RM450 for the two days + Refundable deposit RM100 (This will be forfeited in case vendor failed to turn up throughout the 2 days' event or damage any of the items provided by the organiser)
Standard Booth size : 6 feet x 10 feet

Items provided by Organizer:
1 banquet table 2’x6’ and 2 chairs
(You may bring additional tables or chairs or any decorative items to spruce up your booth. Any structures brought in must not be more than 6ft height )
With approximately 28,000 square feet of outdoor ( with roof) shopping space, booths will be amply spaced out to adhere to social distancing & in compliance with the government SOP.
**The venue is breezy with natural ventilation.
The mall will be doing the publicity and we shall be blasting the event through our social media too.
There will be talks on both days just like our previous events. Those who would like to conduct workshops are also welcomed.
(Example : food, fertilizer, plants , organic produce workshop)
Selection of stalls accepted will be subjected to the final decision of the Mall Management. They are the main organiser.
Please revert asap as many have expressed interest in this location. Catchment market is middle to up market and we expect a highly successful event.
*In the event if Government imposes tighter SOP or lockdown due to the pandemic, the event will be called off and all deposits and rentals will be fully refunded*
