All animals send by us are guarantee with live arrival except feeder(valid for Peninsular Malaysia only). Any Death on Arrival (DOAs) must be claim within 12 hours upon parcel arrival with digitized photo as proof. Any claim after 12 hours from the arrival time will be void.
