「为什么开结要另外收费？」

因为拆开的，
不是一两个结，
而是几十分钟，甚至几个小时的时间。

一点一点分开，
一撮一撮慢慢梳，
还要顾及毛孩子的感受，不让牠太疼、不让牠受伤。

相信每位宠物美容师都一样——
我们真的不喜欢开结，
也不想赚这笔钱。

因为比起花时间拆结，
我们更希望看到的是：
主人平时多梳几分钟，
毛孩子舒服，我们也轻松。🤍

“Why is there a dematting fee?”

Because we’re not just removing a few knots.

We’re spending extra time, patience, and care.

Every mat has to be worked through slowly, section by section, while making sure your pet stays as comfortable and safe as possible.

Believe us—no groomer enjoys dematting, and we don’t charge extra because we want to.

We would much rather see your pet come in with a well-maintained coat than spend hours removing painful mats.

A few minutes of brushing at home and regular grooming appointments can make all the difference—for your pet and for your groomer. 🤍🐶✂️
