When a cat’s head is stationary, the eyes are not supposed to have repetitive movement from one side to another! 😰 This condition is known as nystagmus. Nystagmus can be horizontal (as shown in the video), vertical (up and down) or rotational. If you notice similar symptom in your cat, do bring them to get checked by your vet ASAP.

Ever wondered why your vet sometimes holds your furkid’s neck, front leg, or back leg when taking blood? 👀

These are the common areas where vets access veins for blood collection and sometimes IV catheter placement!

So why does your vet choose one vein over another? 🤔

It depends on your furkid’s size, temperament, the amount of the blood needed, the condition of the veins (whether it’s collapsed in a very dehydrated patient), and the purpose of the procedure.

🐶 Don’t ignore coughing symptoms in dog as it can be due to something serious.

Kennel cough is a highly contagious respiratory infection in dogs, often causing a dry, hacking cough—especially after boarding, grooming, daycare, or contact with other dogs.

💡 Keep coughing dogs away from other pets and get them checked if the cough persists, worsens, or is accompanied by lethargy or difficulty breathing.

Coughing isn’t always “just a cough.” 🩺🐾
