Probac - Time to Tell the Truth!
I believe we from SR never post the full write up for this one - our most selling product , doesn't matter the spec or the testimonies regarding Probac.
Most of the time we just let the costumer / client to share thier experience.
Here abit what u should know about Probac.
A . It started with shrimp-keeping 🦐 We don't agree with certain product price point ( personally )
To be honest , the idea started when we get introduced into shrimp-keeping.
Bacter starter yang digunakan dalam shrimp-keeping , from my personal opinion sangat power. Just a lil bit of dosage , enough untuk cycle whole big tank.
Dasyat lah kan?
Dan mostly, bacter product yang related dengan shrimp keeping quite pricey ( from my personal viewpoint ) because most of them adalah IMPORTED product - Bacter AE in example.
Meanwhile, product for Fishkeeping adalah in reverse. Price point ok tapi need to use higher volume/ dosage , for specific size of tank..
So we got the idea , untuk introduced this good stuff , for GENERAL FISHKEEPING purposes , doesn't matter for pond use , aquascape use , shrimp use and also aquaculture use but dengan affordable price point in bigger quantity.
That's how Probac was born.
B. It's not only bacteria
Typical bacter starter in market , only provide assistance in biological filtration. By providing more strain to microbial community in specific system.
But we think that's not enough. We want something better.
Then we saw a product called AquaDE.
What AquaDE can do ?
Polish water and provide minerals.
WE WANT THAT IN OUR PROBAC.
So after a lil bit of RnD , Probac also has the same feature - work as flocculant.
Flocculant is a function , to polish your water by make the floating debris tu bergumpal dan mudah ditapis oleh filter.
C. Different strain of microbes , that also do denitrification ( as long u provide the right environment )
Typically , most bacter starter in market hanya provide strain yang support nitrification process sahaja.
But we want to push Probac to greater extent .
So we develop Probac , so it also can assist on denitrification process.
What is denitrification process?
A process where the system convert nitrate to nitrogen gaseous - makes your system nitrate level in control / in low availability.
D. Medium to provide food for other strain of heterotrophic bacteria.
This , we learnt from Prodibio. Dia ada satu product , yang provide food untuk bb iaitu Prodibio BioTrace.
Sama juga mcm saltwater system. Mereka ada carbon dosing untuk provide food untuk bb ( beneficial bacteria ) .
So , for this one , we also think we need this in our Probac.
FOOD FOR BB!
That's why, if u have any running system , yang dah fully established , then bila you bubuh a pinch of Probac , you'll in sudden see the bloom grow like mad.
Sedangkan, tank dah lama settle dia punya cycle.
Especially monsterfish tank.
Why?
Because :
I. Your system actually ada high organic matter. Certain bacter starter cant solve that issue.
II. When pair with Probac , it will provide alot food for the BB ( especially heterotrophic bb ) to multiply and utilize all the abundance of organic matters dalam your system.
But wait? Isn't Probac actually a bottled of bacteria yang dah jam packed ?
Ye betul, ianya adalah both. Ada bacteria , dan ada juga makanan untuk bb. The white powder tu sebenarnya cultivar / medium yang also provide makanan untuk bb.
I think that's all dulu our writing regarding Probac for this time. Actually ada banyak lagi benefits yang kami slap masuk dalam itu.
