🐾 Blocked Cat Recovery – Bei Bei 🐾

Bei Bei was brought to us for repeated urinary blockage caused by sedimentation in the bladder due to a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Urinary blockage in cats can be life-threatening if not treated quickly.

Thankfully, with medical treatment and close monitoring, Bei Bei recovered well and did not require surgical intervention to salvage the urethra. 💛

⚠️ Help reduce the risk of urinary problems in cats:
• Encourage more water intake (water fountain / wet food)
• Provide enough litter boxes (number of cats + 1)
• Feed good quality diet
• Keep litter boxes clean and stress-free

Early detection can save lives. If your cat is straining to urinate or visiting the litter box frequently, seek veterinary care immediately.
