❤️ HOW STINKING CUTE IS SHE?! And yes - she is RESERVED. 🇫🇷

I simply had to share the newest photos of our beautiful ASCENDING FUJI EX VALHALOS SARGAS, now 3 months old.

Just look at this girl. 🥹

Fuji is growing so beautifully, and every time I photograph her I find myself staring at the pictures afterwards thinking how incredibly happy I am with this litter.

She already has her wonderful family waiting for her in France, where she will travel in October. And she is leaving us with very exciting hopes for her future. ❤️

For now, however, I simply wanted to share her 3-month progress.

No big announcement. No long story.

Just one very proud breeder looking at this young girl and thinking:

I am genuinely so happy with the quality and consistency of our entire APEX litter. Watching these babies develop from tiny newborns into beautiful young Pembrokes has been such a pleasure - and Fuji is certainly giving me plenty to smile about.

❤️ Some puppies simply belong to people.

Meet our little GENESIS COR EX VALHALOS SARGAS, 5½ weeks old.

Her name Cor means Heart in Latin - and the older she gets, the more I think we could not have chosen a better name for her.

Because this girl really is all heart. ❤️

Happy, funny, incredibly loving and completely fascinated by people. If something interesting is happening, Cor wants to be there. If somebody sits down, she wants to be close. And if there is an opportunity for cuddles… well, apparently everything else can wait. 😄

She is one of those puppies I call a true “human dog” - naturally drawn to us, looking for interaction, contact and connection.

And besides that wonderful character… she is becoming such a beautiful little girl. 🥹

Her story at Valhalos Sargas is slowly approaching the moment when every breeder has to start thinking about the next chapter.

For Cor, that chapter has not yet been written.

Somewhere there is a sofa she hasn’t discovered yet, people she hasn’t covered in kisses yet, and a family that doesn’t know yet that this little Heart may one day become theirs. ❤️

For now, she still has plenty of growing and learning ahead of her with us. Socialisation, vaccinations, health examinations, temperament evaluation and all the little lessons that prepare our babies for the big world.

No rush.

Sometimes you look at a young dog and simply want to see what the future will bring. ❤️

Aoraki is our NBT boy from the Apex litter - now 3 months old and developing into a very promising young male. Beautifully balanced, confident, sweet-natured and with potential that I would really love to see developed further.

He is ready for a show and breeding perspective family who would enjoy this journey together with him.

And, as always, beauty and potential are only part of the story. His homework is done too:

🩷 Meet Luka - our little piece of the future.

Just look at this tiny ball of fluff with the sweetest little face. How is it even possible not to smile looking at her? 🥹

GENESIS NOCTILUCA EX VALHALOS SARGAS, almost 6 weeks old - and she is staying right here with us. At home she will simply be Luka. ❤️

Luka is the first daughter of my Thomas - CH THEMEMORIES THOMPSON - that I have decided to keep at Valhalos Sargas. And that makes her particularly special to me.

Bringing Thomas from China was never simply about bringing a new dog into the kennel. It was about introducing new blood, opening another chapter in my breeding program and, hopefully, carrying the qualities I value forward into future generations.

Now, looking at this ridiculously fluffy little girl, I realise that the next chapter is already sitting right in front of me. 🌱

She is Vivi and Thomas’ daughter, but more importantly, she is Luka - happy, funny, incredibly affectionate and one of those puppies who somehow manages to make you smile every single day.

Of course, at six weeks old nobody knows exactly what the future will bring. She still has a lot of growing to do.

But she has something that made me say very early:

this one stays. ❤️

❤️ And another RUNE baby has left the nest…

Our wonderful big bear RuneWalker Ansuz EX Valhalos Sargas, for friends simply Hans, has started the biggest adventure of his life - life with his very own family. 🏡🐾

Hans has always been such a big, cuddly, loving boy, and seeing him in the arms of his new people makes this goodbye so much easier.

To his wonderful family - thank you for your trust. ❤️ I wish you many, many years filled with adventures, laughter, muddy paws, corgi stubbornness, cuddles and unconditional love.

Be a good boy, Hans. Make them laugh. Protect them. Herd them when necessary - because obviously somebody has to keep the family organised. 😄

And most importantly, be loved beyond measure.

✨ The boys of GENESIS — 5½ weeks old ✨

Three little boys. Three completely different personalities. And three families already counting the days until they can finally bring them home. ❤️

Today we made some new photos of our GENESIS boys, and suddenly they don’t look like tiny babies anymore. They are growing beautifully - fluffy, confident, incredibly friendly and already so deeply in love with people.

Exactly what I hoped to see from the combination of Thomas × Vivi. 🤍

All three boys are already reserved, but their families still have two long months of waiting ahead. At Valhalos Sargas our puppies don’t leave early. There is still so much for them to experience here - growing, learning, socialisation, vaccinations, health checks, temperament testing and all those little everyday lessons that prepare a puppy for the big world.

For now, though, they are only 5½ weeks old.

Their biggest responsibilities are eating, playing, getting into trouble, falling asleep wherever they happen to be… and giving an absolutely unreasonable amount of kisses. 😄

❤️ WHEN A LEGACY SPEAKS THROUGH GENERATIONS…

Next week, my wonderful old lady CH HEART OF NIRENO AT VALHALOS SARGAS aka Nera will turn 12 years old.

And after everything that happened at European Dog Show 2026, I keep looking at her and thinking about one thing:

How incredibly much genetics matter.

Nera is a daughter of two extraordinary dogs:

✨ UK CH NIRENO LUKE SKYWALKER aka Luke
✨ Int. Multi CH NIRENO MAKING MISCHIEF aka Missy

I will never forget travelling to England with my then-young Missy to breed her to even younger Luke. At that moment it was a breeding decision, a hope, a pedigree on paper and a vision of what those two dogs might produce.

Today, almost twelve years later, I can see just how far that decision travelled.

That litter was truly exceptional. So many beautiful and successful dogs came from it - champions, International Champions, dogs that became important breeding dogs themselves.

And Nera became one of the most important females of my breeding life.

She gave me sooo much! Six generations of dreams, plans, difficult decisions and puppies who later became parents and grandparents themselves.

And now her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren walked into the rings of European Dog Show 2026 - and took home an incredible share of the biggest honours, including BOB, BOS, and a 4th Best Bitch placement among 78 females. ❤️

That, to me, is the real meaning of a great brood bitch.

Not how many ribbons she herself collected. Not one beautiful litter. Not one exceptional offspring.

It is what she is able to pass on again and again, through generations.

Type. Health. Construction. Character. Quality.

Today Nera doesn’t need show rings anymore. She is almost twelve and enjoys the quiet, well-deserved life of a retired queen. 👑

But her story is still being written in rings all over Europe by dogs carrying a piece of her with them.

And I feel incredibly privileged that this female was born in my hands and became one of the foundations together with her dam, of Valhalos Sargas.

My deepest gratitude goes to Caron McGregor of NIRENO, Australia, breeder of both Missy and Luke, for trusting me with these extraordinary bloodlines all those years ago. ❤️

Sometimes the true value of a breeding decision cannot be seen in the first generation.

Sometimes you need to wait twelve years… and then look at the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren standing in the biggest rings in Europe.

That is when you understand.

This is genetics.
This is breeding.
This is legacy.

And this is my Nera. ❤️

🐦 And the first little bird has left the nest… ❤️

My big boy RUNEBORN RAIDHO EX VALHALOS SARGAS at home will keep his name RAIDHO - has officially started his new life with his very own family.

It’s always such a strange mixture of emotions. For weeks they are completely mine - born into my hands, raised beside me, watched over every single day… and then suddenly the moment comes when I have to place them into someone else’s arms.

But looking at this photo, I think Raidho knows exactly what his next job is. 😄

He now has his own family to love, protect… and, being a proper corgi, probably herd and organise. 😂❤️

Thank you so much for trusting me and choosing a Valhalos Sargas puppy to become part of your family. Take good care of my big boy.

A bit belated news from our trip to Sweden.
1st day September 4th
🇸🇪 EURO CORGI’26 - a day full of dogs, friends, emotions… and a few very proud breeder moments. ❤️

Today was our Euro Corgi’26 day here in Sweden.

The show itself deserves a big compliment - beautifully organised, a wonderful venue, spacious and comfortable rings, and that very clear Scandinavian sense of order that somehow makes even a huge event feel calm and easy.

And perhaps the best part of days like this is not even the results.

It is meeting people.

Friends from Ukraine, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal and so many other countries. Talking dogs, pedigrees, breeding plans, old memories and new hopes.

My inner introvert definitely had a very extroverted day today. 😄

As for SECRET AGENT III FROM Valhalos Sargas - James, today simply wasn’t our day.

He is currently completely out of coat, and standing in a strong Champion class he probably looked a little too ordinary beside dogs in full presentation. The written critique, at least through my eyes as his owner and breeder, does not entirely reflect how I see him - but that is dog showing.

One judge. One opinion. One moment in time. I respect the judge’s decision and take the comments with me.

So… if I cannot brag about James today, I will happily brag about something that means perhaps even more to me: the dogs carrying Valhalos Sargas blood around the world. ❤️

🌙 AURORUS LUNARIS EX VALHALOS SARGAS - legendary Moonie 🌙
At 9 years old, this incredible dog stepped into a huge Champion class of 21 males… and WON IT.
And it didn’t stop there. Moonie went on to become Reserve Best Male. Nine years old. Still beautiful. Still competitive. Still making me ridiculously proud. But the biggest credit belongs to his wonderful owner Sabrina Xu, who keeps this dog in such incredible condition, loves him endlessly and continues to let him shine.

What a moment. ❤️

✨ ZLATA VILIBODREAMS aka Chloe

Another result that made my breeder heart very happy.

Chloe was bred by my friend, colleague and breeding partner Liliya Loboda, and Chloe’s sire OCCULTUS PATRONUS EX VALHALOS SARGAS was born in my kennel.
Today Chloe won a huge Open Class of 22 females, then continued all the way to:

🏆 BEST FEMALE
🏆 BEST OPPOSITE S*X

…and with this result she also completed her 🇸🇪 Swedish Champion title 🇸🇪 .

Huge congratulations to Lilia Loboda and her beautiful Chloe, and thank you to her handler Karina Zastrognikova for presenting her so beautifully. ❤️

💫 AQUE CHINA KATLA - Molan 🖤

Another special young dog for me - a son of my Thomas - THEMEMORIES THOMPSON.

Molan came all the way from Ukraine with his owner Alina Kalynychenko, and today he placed 2nd in Junior Class.
So proud to see another generation stepping into these big international rings.

And then came one more wonderful surprise…

Today this little man became:

And that perhaps sums up why days like today still mean so much to me.

Sometimes your own dog doesn’t win.

Sometimes you leave your own ring slightly disappointed.

And then you look around and realise that dogs you bred - or dogs carrying the bloodlines you have spent years building - are winning classes, titles, Best Male placements and even Best in Show awards all around you.

That is breeding.

Not one dog.
Not one show.
Not one result.

It is watching something you created continue through generations, kennels and countries.

And today, despite James and me coming home without ribbons to brag about, I am going back to the hotel very, very proud. ❤️

Unfortunately, I hardly took any photos today because for once I wasn’t standing outside the ring with my camera.

I was inside it. 😄

Home from EURO DOG SHOW at 2:30 AM.
Breeder life restarted at 6:00 AM. 😂🐾

A few hours earlier I was still returning home from Sweden. A few hours later the alarm went off.

Because at 6 AM there were puppies waiting to go outside, hungry little mouths to feed, everyone to take care of - and our APEX litter to prepare for another important trip.

Not to a dog show this time. At 10:00 AM we had an appointment with veterinary ophthalmologist Evaldas Diržinauskas. 👀

Sleep could wait. This couldn’t. ❤️

And I’m very happy to say that the tired morning was absolutely worth it:

all our APEX babies have beautiful, healthy eyes!

👁️ No congenital cataracts detected

Another very important health examination completed before our babies start leaving for their new lives. ✔️

Sometimes people see the shows, beautiful photographs, ribbons and puppies.

This is the other side of breeding.

Coming home at 2:30 AM.
Getting up at 6:00 AM.
Feeding, cleaning, preparing carriers, loading puppies into the car… and making that 10 AM specialist appointment because their health doesn’t care how tired you are.

And looking at those little faces packed into their carriers, I think they were considerably more awake than I was. 😂❤️
