Here is the list. Actually, it is not a list of projects, but a collection of ideas:

1. We will guide a number of projects on assembling and programming autonomous robots using Lego Mindstorms kits (we have some v2 kits here at the department). When the teams learn the basics, their imagination in the limit on what they can do. I will leave the topics to the teams. Here are few examples:

2. We have a programmable robot arm, with which we want to build a chess playing robot. The idea is, the robot play chess against a human with real chess pieces. If chess is difficult to start, we can start with a simple board game and then continue.

3. We have a robot cart (Boe-bot Robot Kit), which can be used a a moving vehicle. It is a programmable cart and you can write your program to control the vehicle and also to make it autonomous. We would like an interested team to work with it and develop an interesting autonomous vehicle (http://www.parallax.com/product/28132).

4. We are also open to help students who want to get assistants on Computer Engineering aspect for any of their projects.
