⁡ルスツランチにはネネちゃんのお母さんのローラちゃんがいるので、数ヶ月ぶりの再開になりました！⁡⁡
⁡⁡
⁡さすがどっしり構えた性格もあって、馬運車に乗ってくれるのもすぐだったそうで。⁡
⁡一言もひひんと鳴かずクールに向かっていきました…これにはスタッフもびっくり！😳⁡
⁡初日からルスツランチのコースも回ってみたりと、順応が早いですねぇ

Since her mother, Lola, is at Rusutsu Ranch, this marked a reunion after several months apart!

True to her calm and composed nature, she hopped right into the horse transport trailer without a fuss.
She didn't let out a single whinny and headed off with cool confidence—the staff were truly amazed! 😳
She even tried out the riding course at Rusutsu Ranch on her very first day; she’s adapting so quickly.

The third photo shows her after arriving at Rusutsu Ranch.
Do your best at Rusutsu for the rest of the season!⁡

⁡馬によっては白目が見えやすい子や、そのような種類の馬もいます。
⁡⁡なんて綺麗なんでしょうか…✨⁡

⁡Many of the horses have large, dark eyes that make them look so adorable! 👀
Some horses have eyes where the whites are more visible, or belong to breeds with that characteristic.
They are truly beautiful... ✨⁡

⁡馬の写真のところにあるのは、それぞれの馬のしっぽの毛を使ったストラップです！⁡
⁡馬のしっぽの毛も髪の毛のように伸びるので、伸びてきたらたまーに切って整えています。⁡
⁡⁡その毛をただ捨てるのはもったいない…ということで、欧米では馬のしっぽの毛は災いを避け幸運をもたらすと言われているようなので、ストラップにしました！⁡
⁡それぞれしっぽの毛の色も違って面白いですよ〜🐴⁡
⁡⁡
⁡その他にも近隣地域の作家さんが作ってくれているぬいぐるみやキーホルダーもあります！⁡
⁡ぬいぐるみは様々な柄のバリエーションがあり、小さなお子様に人気です✨

⁡After enjoying your horseback ride, be sure to check out our well-stocked selection of horse-themed goods! ⁡
The items displayed alongside the horse photos are straps made from the horses' own tail hair.
Just like human hair, a horse's tail hair grows, so we occasionally trim and groom it.
Since it seemed a shame to simply throw that hair away—and because horse tail hair is said in the West to ward off misfortune and bring good luck—we decided to turn it into straps!
It’s fascinating to see the different hair colors for each horse. 🐴⁡

We also offer stuffed animals and keychains crafted by local artisans!
The stuffed animals come in a variety of patterns and are a big hit with young children. ✨⁡

昨日の大雨の影響で、国道から入ったところに巨大な水たまりが出現…！⁡

⁡Thanks to yesterday's heavy rain, a massive puddle has appeared right off the main road...!
We had a little photo session before clearing out the drain, which was clogged with fallen leaves and such. Haha.
It’s got an atmosphere like the "Zero Point" photo spot at Anifes... (I hope you get what I mean!)⁡

牧場に住み着いてる猫🐱
⁡先住猫の「ネコ」と、新入りの「ネコツー」と呼んでいるスタッフもいます笑
⁡⁡
⁡しばらくネコ一匹だけだったんですが、ネコツーをどこからか連れてきました
⁡ネコは数ヶ月過ごしても野良らしい警戒心の強さだったんですが、ネコツーは来たばかりなのにとても甘え上手です‪‪🫶

⁡この場所に慣れたら資料庫を荒らすネズミを追い払ってくださいね～🐀🐈⁡

⁡Cats that live on the ranch 🐱
⁡Some staff members call the resident cat "Neko" and the newcomer "Neko-two" (lol).
Neko means cat in Japanese.

⁡For a while, there was only Neko, but we brought Neko-tsu from somewhere.
⁡Even after spending several months here, Neko remained wary like a stray, but Neko-two, despite just arriving, is very affectionate 🫶

⁡馬たちはかなりグルメで、トレッキングコースという名のビュッフェ会場で、お気に入りの草や旬の草を選んで食べてます笑🌱͛

⁡クローバー、よもぎ、笹の新芽、フキ、お花、すすき
⁡⁡
⁡・あまり好まない植物⁡
⁡イタドリ、古く枯れてきている笹⁡⁡

⁡私たちが旬の野菜を食べるような感覚で、馬も時期によって美味しい草を選んで食べてるんですね😳

⁡The horses are quite the gourmets; they treat the trekking course like a buffet, picking out their favorite grasses and whatever is currently in season. 🌱

・Plants they love:
Clover, mugwort, fresh bamboo grass shoots, butterbur, flowers, and Japanese silver grass.

・Plants they don't care for:
Japanese knotweed and old, withered bamboo grass.
⁡
It seems that, just like how we enjoy seasonal vegetables, horses also select and eat the tastiest grasses depending on the time of year. 😳
