أهداف جباكو على الصعيد العالمي هي امداد الأسواق العالمية بمنتجات محلية لها مزايا تنافسية.
أما أهداف جباكو على الصعيد المحلي تتمثل بدعم القطاع الزراعي في كلّ من الأردن وفلسطين، وذلك من خلال:
• تسويق المنتج المحلي ليصل إلى كافة الأسواق العالمية- تأهيل المزارعين وتدريبهم على زراعة المحاصيل القابلة للتصدير والمطابقة للمواصفات العالمية
• ممارسة التجارة العادلة من خلال توفير أسعار عادلة لمنتجات المزارعين الزراعية وتحسين ظروف عملهم
• دعم المجتمع المحلي من خلال تسويق المنتجات الريفية والتي تنتج من قبل الجمعيات النسائية الكائنة بالمناطق النائية
ﻣن أھم إنجازات جباكو منذ تأسيسها:
• التواجد ﻓﻲ 32 سوق حول العالم
• تصدير 2000 طن ﻋﺎم 2023 - 2022
