Hello all!
I have some exciting updates. After many years of studying, and thanks to the wonderful success of my now established Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy business, it’s time to expand my trusted team so I can have the right support to continue to run my precious Whiskers alongside my therapy work.
Providing a trusted cat sitter as you know means the world to me. This is what started me on my Whiskers journey back in 2009, having a real fear about leaving my cats to go on holiday! Our cats are everything let's face it and I wouldn't dream of bringing anyone on to the team who didn't feel the same.
It’s important to be aware that there is a fair amount of cleaning involved, be it litter trays or even missed litter trays 🤣, feeding areas, fur balls, and occasionally the remnants of a successful mouse or bird hunt. Some cats will want cuddles, some will tolerate you, and some will completely ignore you! You have to try your best not to be offended as within a couple of days you will usually become firm friends, I’m sure.
So with that in mind, I am reaching out to find a fellow cat lover east of the island, who would be willing to assist on a very ad hoc basis, sometimes completely quiet with no visits required, sometimes busy mornings. You’ll need your own transport, morning availability (with notice), a clean driving licence, references, a police check, proven cat care experience, and confidence in giving medication if it is required.
